Rupert Sanders is sending a message loud and clear: I’m still devoted to my wife, Liberty Ross. The Snow White and the Huntsman director reportedly threatened to call police on Aug. 23 after he confronted a photographed for following him. But he made a point to flash his wedding ring, showing to everyone that he considers himself still in love with Liberty.
Noted relationship expert, and founder of Loveology University, Dr. Ava Cadell tells HollywoodLife.com exclusively that she agrees.”The reason why Rupert Sanders is still wearing his wedding ring is because he wants to show the world that he is committed to doing whatever it takes to get Liberty’s trust back,” she says. “His infidelity has caused pain for his his whole family and he needs to earn their trust by making some new relationship rules, such as making his wife and children his number one priority and spending more quality time with them.”
Meanwhile, Liberty was spotted at the Lawless premiere, with a bare ring finger. Dr. Cadell says, “Liberty has every right to lay down new rules and keep Rupert accountable to them, but whether or not he deserves a second chance is entirely up to her. I would tell her to ask herself a simple question: ‘Does the good outweigh the bad in my marriage?’ and even encourage her to make a list of Rubert’s good and bad qualities to see which is the longest list.
