Ya and working out extremely hard throughout their life, had money for yoga pregnancy, pilates, food coach, personal chef, private trainer etc. makes it sooo much easier (vs someone who can’t afford all that and it’ll take them 10x longer or they’ll fail).

FOR A GROWN WOMAN WHO I USED TO ADMIRE TO POST PICS OF HERSELF I FIND THIS A LIL’DISTURBING…………all ppl who do this i also find disturbing………sad very sad to think ppl have to do this to say hey look at me look how good i look…………they r all millionaires who can afford all kinds of help with working out……and i agree with Penny this position helps to look better, i have seen her standing up she does not look this good, not such a pretty sight…………..to everyone stop posting pics of urself just tacky very tacky……….
