Katie Holmes and Suri Cruise had a girls’ night out, and they used it to make crafts! The two visited Make Meaning in New York City’s Upper East Side, where they made their own creative projects.
After coming into the studio around 7 p.m. on Aug. 20, Suri worked on a ceramics project, while Katie made six decorative coasters out of glass.
“From time to time, Katie would help Suri with her ceramics project. They looked very cute and happy — didn’t seem like they had a care in the world,” a source told HollyBaby.com EXCLUSIVELY.
The two made their projects in the studio’s public space, and didn’t ask for any special treatment. And even though paparazzi began to swarm outside, it didn’t damper their mood the source said.
Katie looked casual in white pants and a denim jacket, and Suri kept her outfit on par with her stylish reputation, donning a red frilly dress.
The pair left around 8:30 p.m. protected by their body guard, and with their new projects in tow! Check out the exclusive video below!
