He may have been “clean” of street drugs like cocaine, but he was taking a dangerous mix of anti-anxiety meds and Adderall which can be just as dangerous. How many people do we have to lose to prescription drugs before we wake up and see them for what they truly are? This society has a pill for everything yet denounces illegal drugs as dangerous, immoral and evil. It’s the pharmaceutical industry lobbying to keep certain drugs illegal so they can have a monopoly on treating things like ADHD, which is technically not a disease so much as a collection of symptoms. Many doctors act as nothing more than drug dealers, prescribing dangerous drugs in order to receive kickbacks from Big Pharma.

America, it’s time we had a talk about prescription drugs.
