Alanis Morissette and Sonos celebrated music listening at the Sonos Studio on August 20 in LA for a live acoustic performance, Q&A, and listening party for her Target exclusive version of her new album “Havoc and Bright Lights,” out on August 28. It was a night of great music and fun that only Alanis Morissette can deliver!

For nearly two decades, Alanis Morissette has been one of the most influential singer-songwriter-musicians in contemporary music. That is a fact! She has sold over 60 million albums and we imagine plenty of millions more as her new album explores the evolution of her entire body of work as being an experience of courage and dedication. The album that you can pick up as an exclusive Target version of Morissette’s “Havoc and Bright Lights” will contain three additional tracks, “Big Sur,” “Guru,” and “Permission.”

These three tracks will only be available at Target when the album launches August 28. Target is also a premier retailer for Sonos’ wireless HiFi home music systems, which are highly regarded by music enthusiasts and celebrated professional musicians for their exceptional sound quality and design.

Speaking of Sonos, they are the leading manufacturer of wireless HiFi systems, teamed up with Target to host the exclusive listening party and intimate performance set with Alanis Morissette at the Sonos Studio.

Morissette personally introduced and created conversation around the creative process behind her highly-anticipated album “Havoc and Bright Lights,” which includes exclusive tracks available only at Target.

The live Q&A included standout tracks from the album to spark discussion, followed by an acoustic performance of several songs. Morissette delighted guests with two classics, “Hand in My Pocked” and “Thank You” in addition to the album’s opener “Guardian.” The Sonos Studio environment offered an exceptional backdrop for both the performance and conversation, with its acoustically-designed listening gallery.
