A year after Kris took a walk down the aisle with Kim Kardashian, his parents are getting divorced too! Read on for all the details.

Kris Humphries’ mom Debra filed for divorce from husband William earlier this month — one year after Kris married Kim Kardashian, a source confirms to HollywoodLife.com.

Ironically, Kris married Kim on August 20, 2011 — almost one full-year before news of his parents’ split erupted.

Debra and William’s split won’t bode well for Kris in his divorce case as he allegedly claims a divorce from Kim goes against his religious beliefs.

I feel bad for his parents…all Kris and Kims divorce drama has really taken a toll on their marriage. They can’t go anywhere or do anything without drama surrounding them. Good luck to them, hopefully they can reconcile.

This makes Kris’ divorce look like he’s definitely after the money because their divorce will be over before their son’s divorce.He should just walk away now. He knew what he was doing and if anybody is a fraud it’s him. He knew who Kim was before he dated her and he publically denied it. He signed on for everything to do with the reality show, yes even the wedding(made a ton of money). He thinks that Kim will cave in and just settle close to the amount he wants(7mil). If anyone would want an annulment it would be Kim because 1 marriage is better than 2 marriages for her.

and let’s not forget what his ex said about him not being able to stand Kim prior to dating her and how he would talk sh*t about the show, he was the one that committed fraud by even asking her to marry him knowing he didn’t even like her or her family in the first place

Did you watch the Tonight Show interview of them with Jay Leno? I think that says it all. He said he didn’t watch KUWK’s . He also said that once he got to know Kim, he thought she was really sweet and not at all like she appeared on her show. And he said he fell in love with her.

He wants his part of the wedding pics and other monies that Kim rec’d from the wedding. He didn’t see any of that $, nor the wedding gifts, or the 350,000 auto that was a gift to the couple.

He deserves his cut of money made off the wedding, and he didn’t receive it. Kim kept it all and that is not legal. Wouldn’t you want your share?

And for the bull he endured on the basketball court of being booed just for being tossed the ball, he deserves as much as she could pay. She darn near destroyed his promising pro BB career. He fell in love and she cast him aside without even trying to work it out.

He’s so much better off without her. One day soon, her beauty and body(? fake as it may seem) will be gone and I don’t believe she will be able to handle it. She always has to have a man on her arm, and she has no concern for others.

Hey, even Kourtney called her a bi**** on KKTNY when she wouldn’t let Kris move 10 of his boxes into her LA home. SHAME, SHAME ON KIM.

Are you paid to defend Kim and smear Kris? Kim is the one holding up the divorce. All she has to do is to tell the truth and the annulment will be done. If she wants to go to trial her people should hand over the relevant documents to Kris’s lawyers so that the depositions can be taken. All of this divorce mess could have been avoided if Kim took time to discuss the filing with her husband before sending documents to TMZ. Kim should have worked out the divorce privately with her husband before telling the tabloids. What Kim did to Kris was disgraceful. She smeared Kris in the tabloids and they reedit her show to justify why she divorced him. Unless you are an insider you don’t know what really happened. If Kris feels that he was defrauded then it is his right to seek justice. You were not there so you don’t know anything. Leave Kris and Kim alone to settle their mess.
