Rob and Kristen will NOT be at the final ‘Twilight’ convention — do YOU think it’s because of Kristen’s cheating scandal? Read on for all the details!

The Twilight Saga Official Convention recently updated their events for the upcoming The Final Journey, and reported that Robert Pattinson, Kristen Stewart will NOT be at the convention this year in Burbank, CA on November 3-4.

The release states:

“They say all good things must come to an end and so it is with our three year long The Twilight Saga: Official Convention Tour which has visited cities across The United States and Canada. Along the way we’ve met tens of thousands of fantastic fellow fans and it has been a particular joy celebrating the unprecedented success of the films and novels and working with so many talented and gracious stars. The passion and dedication of Twilight fandom has been amazing and we’re out to throw one last giant convention, a final gathering to see old friends that have made up the Twilight family.

“Although Rob, Kristen and Taylor will not be with us this time out we will have a super line-up of other Twilight stars and the weekend will be filled with special events, movie prop and costume displays, contests, panels, auctions, parties, exclusive merchandise, music and much more, including some surprises!

“The last chapter in the film series, The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn Part 2 opens in America on November 16th, just a few weeks after the convention. So with excitement and anticipation in the air we invite YOU to be part of the fun…. make your plans to be with us NOW! for the wrap-up event of ‘The Tour!’”

This news comes as a shock because Rob recently revealed that he’s looking forward to “reliving” Twilight through the final film’s promotional appearances — despite Kristen’s cheating scandal.

Last year – without any scandals – some people had trashy remarks already. Guess how it would be this year? Last year already I thought they will not do the last one…..

Summit is probably afraid an incident would go down if Stewart showed up. If the studio put as much emphasis on the whole cast as it did the Trio, their absence would not be so strongly felt. The appearance of the rest of the cast would not make for their absence. This really messed up the end of the saga.

If the majority of the “fans” didn’t act like animals maybe they could attend. They probably fear for Kristen’s safety and Rob probably doesn’t want to do it with out Kristen, but I don’t see why Taylor is not going.

@ dn, face the scrutiny of the people, we are not in the dark ages, She does not owe you or the people an explanation of her actions. She is not your daughter or your sister or your wife. Her life is her life and she lives it the way she wants to. What you want her there so that the people can insult her
some more, It is between her and the franchise. The franchise may fear for her safety, because some people just can’t punish her enough.

I WANT TO WRITE SOMETHING IMPORTANT . and please if you have time ,READ IT!!!!!!!! okay then i want to say that when kstew or robert is in the street ppaparzzi takes houdred of pictures.. realy lots of pictures… and when kstew was “cheating” they take only 6 or 5 pictures??
then i want to say that according this pictures , when kstew is coming out of the car SHE ISNOT HOLDING CAP (roberst cap NY) and in pictures where she is hugging RUPERT she is HOLDING CAP.. where was this cap ? hiding??? if kstew came into the car again to take this cap , where is pictures?? there isnt any of these pictures.. SO I THINK THAT this ALL WAS MADE FOR TWILIGHT!!!! IT IS LAST TWILIGHT AND ITS TO HAVE MORE AND MORE FANS WHEN THEY WILL BACK TOGETHER.. BUUUT MAY BE I AM WRONG AND EVERYTHING IS TRUTH(CHEATING IS TRUTH) SO IF ITS TRUTH .I HOPE THEY WILL BE TOGETHER SOON..

@ Plain truth, it was a good observation from Lizzie. On another post, some one made a comment tht the mini cooper is not long (6ft) enough for Rupert to fit with her between him and the dashboard. He would have had to have his legs hanging out of the back of the car. He is 6 ft. tall and
she is 5 ft., 7inches. The U-Haul trucks were staged, the paps have already confessed to that.

At lizzy, I agree with you, I think that Rupert set her up. The Huffington Post wrote that her bodyguards said that Rupert had called Kristen to meet with him at the park. The call came when she was on her way home from the gym. That’s when she drove to the park to meet him. Where are the bodyguards in picture? The mini cooper is too small for her and Rupert to do anything. More and more, it looks like a setup. Then, if she knew they were meeting to make out, why are they where the paps could take their pictures. Also, her body language is not someone that is enjoying, it’s more like she doesn’t know what to do. She did have respect for him as an authoritative figure. All, she has ever done is movies, she lacks street smarts. At 22, she has only had two boyfriends.

The people who are jealous of her have crusified her like in the dark ages and Rupert has come out really clean. It is so unfair. Sexism is alife and
well in this county. Don’t worry, the truth will come out! Maybe Rupert set her up, so that he would become famous.

I wish none to go, especially stewart, but you write so good articles (false) on them, I do nothing, I mean it’s a shame all this mess by this scandal, stewart could rob break after the second part of the film of the saga,

Men cheat all the time, but when a women cheats (open the flood gates) its rediculous, I know their in the pubiic eye, but their actors so judge them on their acting not their private lives, Why do so many people think its there business to decide what Robert P. shoud do. Leave them alone, let them work it out on thier own. DEAL WITH YOUR OWN PROBLEMS AND LEAVE THIERS TO THEM!!!! SERIOUSLY, why do people believe this stuff. They’re not attending because they’re doing a world tour so EVERYONE can see them together!!! DUH!! the only reasons why they did Twicon were because the twicon for eclipse, rob was filming Water for Elephants and for breaking dawn part 1, kristen was filming SWATH!!! duh, they did a world tour for Twilight, and New Moon. Why cant they do it again.
