Ouch! Actor D.B. Sweeney came out swinging as he questioned what took so long for Kristen Stewart to cheat on Rob! Not only does he insult Rob, but he attacks ‘Twilight’ fans! Read on for all the details!

D.B. Sweeney fueled a Twitter war when he expressed a suggestion that Kristen Stewart was right to cheat on Robert Pattinson.

“Just saw Pattinson on #DailyShow trying to figure out what took k-stew so long to look around with this douche astride her. #holytwit,” the actor, 50, wrote.

Of course, Twi-hards fought back — diligently! Fans left comments such as: “I hate you. Do not mess with Rob” and “Don’t talk s–t about the greatness which is Rob when your credentials can’t even match his.”

Fans are also in an uproar over the fact that Rob and Kristen will miss out on the final Twilight convention!

D.B. Sweeney did respond saying, “Hey #twilight geniuses – try decaf! A little too worked up over a skinny vampire. Nice language twi-hards. Or should I say tards? Love the inchoate indignation.”

D.B. Sweeney stars in The Cutting Edge and has appeared in 24 and Jericho. Ironically, he also recently wrapped a movie, K-11, that Kristen’s mom, Jules Stewart, wrote and directed.

I just find out that this Douche Bag Sweeney played Kristen’s father in the movie “Speak”? Are you kidding me? And referring to her in such a crude way in his nasty little tweets-this washed up has- been with a wife and two young kids who’s 50 years of age? I’m left utterly speechless at the pure evil of it all! I’m telling you no actor NONE-would EVER make such disparaging remarks about a fellow actor, let alone one where they played the father, and was friends with the mother-NO ONE! Unless, as I said, this evil jerk with an ugly smirk on his face is bipolar, and was having a mental episode, or is an alcoholic who was on a real bender yesterday. Either way, the man will NEVER work again, you can count on that!

For D.B. Sweeney and Jodie Foster, two older respected actors to stick their necks in this mess says a lot to me. Rob is an azzhole. Plain and simple. Younger actors won’t say anything because they are scared of the backlash to their current careers. Rob never loved or even liked her to let her be slaughtered like this over and over again. He is cold and heartless. Kristen is free to find her true love and a real man. Rob can fool all of you Edwardians, but his day of reckoning will chase him down and swallow him very soon. I mean, I could dee it, him keeping his mouth shut in the beginning, and allowing HIS fans to trash Kristen all they wanted, but enough is enough !! I have said for weeks that regardless if Rob feels he can ever get back with Kristen I cannot believe he did not come out and make a comment or condemn all the hateful press directed at her. The fact that he has not done so speaks volumes. My disappointment hit a highpoint during the John Stewart interview when he snickered at John’s “kick her to the curb” comment. I think you’ve got your pound of flesh Rob. Enough already. As for Kristen I wish her all the best. She will get through this and be a stronger person for it.

I never hated Kristen. She wanted another man, she wanted her freedom , now she’s got it. Some women learn too late that a slow and steady, loving, supportive partner wins the race. It was her decision, she has to live with it and its consequences. You should learn what responsible means. Many of us do not want het to suffer but there is no turning back the clock.
