While Rob keeps busy promoting his new movie, Kristen continues to spiral into a downward depression. HollywoodLife.com spoke with top relationship experts to find out what the 22-year-old star should do to lift herself up.
Does Kristen Stewart need a break from dating? Should she give up acting and Hollywood altogether? HollywoodLife.com spoke with two experts who gave us the scoop on what Kristen can do to save herself from going deeper.
1. “Kristen must get counseling so she can learn why she did what she did,” says therapist Dr. Gilda Carle, the 30-second therapist at Today.com.
2. “Right now, she should spend as much time as she can away from the media, the internet and everyone’s opinion of her,” relationship expert Cooper Lawrence tells us. “She also shouldn’t watch television or the news.”
3. “This is the perfect time to pick up a new hobby that she’s always wanted to try,” Dr. Carle suggests.
4. “Kristen needs to be with the people who care about her, such as her mother, family, and friends,” Lawrence says.
5. “She should make a list of all the things she learned from her relationship with Rob,” Dr. Carle tells us.
6. “Kristen needs to reach out to other celebrities who get it,” says Lawrence. “While your mom and friends unconditionally support you because they love you, they don’t know what it’s like to live the life of a celebrity. Jodie Foster has come out publicly, but who are some other celebrities she can go to privately?”
7. “At this point in her life, Kristen should avoid dating for a few months so she can get her balance as a newly single woman,” advises Dr. Carle.
8. “As hard as it may be, it’s important for Kristen to forgive herself,” Lawrence tells us. “She’s only 22! It’s normal to make mistakes like this at 22! So on some level, it’s OK.”
9. “Why not look for roles that expand her acting chops?,” Dr. Carle says.
10. “It wouldn’t be a bad idea for Kristen to step away from the Hollywood lifestyle and go to college,” says Lawrence. “Stars like Natalie Portman and Emma Watson took a break from the limelight to go a place where they can be young, expand their horizons beyond acting, and make mistakes that normal 22-year-olds make. It’s time to decompress and move on.”

I can see Kristen going to college.. With all that money she can go to Harvard or cambridge .. It’s quite alarming that so many people judge her so much.. As if none of these people have made mistakes in their lives!!! Robert seems to have a big ego and be very career focused .. Maybe he was with Kristen for publicity sake which resulted with some emotional emptiness between them .. Whatever it is.. It takes two to cheat.. Not to say that this was the best road she could have taken but it sure points to some distinctions in her relationship with Rob..

I think the best solution is that you do not see any more, as it can breathe better, is a cheater, she deserves all the evil people think of her, and this rupert sanders too, but pity infact not a victim, she is a JUDAS;

Buy yourself a nice house and a cool dog…a Scottish Terrier would keep you busy…maybe a pair ….Being in a relationship doing movies where you are away from your significant other for months is not healthy, because you bond to the cast and are vulnerable to cheating….

One thing for sure Kristen needs to go for counseling to understand herself better and learn to forgive herself! As for going to college it’s a good idea but she doesn’t necessarily need to do it now…you can go to college any time in your life. Maybe she needs to find other outlets to express her creativity probably an intensive program on script writing, speech therapy or other skills related to artistic skills. I believe Kristen has the creative acumen she needs to harness it further. She is definitely can go bigger in this field. To Kristen – be strong in picking up yourself, it doesn’t matter what other people think of you right now, you have paid your dues, you were brave enough to own up after making mistake. It’s time to move…don’t waste too much time in the down spiral mode, be prepared to come out. Have someone you trust and love you unconditionally be besides you when facing the press or the fans. Trust yourself you will get through this…and in time to come you will start to shine again…! I believe in you and so with other fans, all the best!

Can’t see her going to college with $55 million in her bank .It didn’t make sense to me that a 22 year old was in such a long relationship anyway,far too young to be thinking of marrying and settle down.That’s when life gets humdrum.It’s no big deal what you did anyway at your age.Rupert Saunders should have known better and i think it’s terrible that you’re shouldering all the blame instead of that sneak

I feel she should take a break from the Hollywood scene but where? She stated in interviews, that she had wanted to enroll in college in Australia for writing. Then to write books instead of acting. Maybe that’s her best bet. However, I fear even on campus she will find close up fan hatred. Up close and personal. Reason: The professionals shown above # 8 and # 10 states she made a “mistake”, she didn’t make a mistake she made a “choice”. A personal choice of character. A mistake is something one can correct and or change for a better outcome. Her “choice” of action is not. With time she will move on but that label of cheater or homewrecker will be there imprinted on everyone’s mind. That’s what she must accept to move on. To forgive herself with God in order to move onwards. Every actor that’s been there has had to bear that burden Elizabeth Taylor, Russell Crowe, Angelina Jolie, Mel Gibson Sieanna Miller, Jude Law, Ethan Hawke, etc etc each took a hit to their career and had to face the brand of homewrecker. Rupert Sanders will be added to the list too. See what Kristen and Rupert failed to remember as the others named above have or (had to) hopefully learn(ed) second is that they represented the Studios, their marred choices reflected on their bosses. Others I am sure are doing the same thing… Hollywood has for generations. The different is others used their smarts by not standing in broad daylight kissing and hugging with someone not their, knowing in today’s society there are cellphones cameras, photogs with high powered lens, sources like bartenders, maids, doormen, poolmen, written media reporters etc… Why would a studio support an actor who’s not smart enough or has no regards for themselves, the families that will be hurt, the studio, and yes the fans who pay their salaries with their hard earned salaries not turn their backs to them?. Kristen and Rupert should be happy you’re living in modern times..you would have received rotten tomatoes or eggs in times gone by. Kristen pick yourself up, dust yourself off, eat and get on with your life. Others have in the past, and so shall you. D. Justin
