It’s not everyday that a high-profile celeb knowingly releases a picture of herself without so much as a swipe of mascara on. We applaud Kelly’s gutsiness and thinks she looks great with or without makeup! It’s admirable that she’s so comfortable with her appearance that she can go natural while hanging out with her friends and is not afraid to share a pic with the world.

She still has makeup on..lipstick and mascara, so her face is not totally bare. Kelly needs a complete makeover starting with a smart haircut for her age.
