Halle really wants to move with her 4-year-old daughter Nahla to France, but she’s having a bit of a tough time in court. That’s why she enlisted her buddy Salma to write a letter to the judge on her behalf — do you think this is wrong?

Halle Berry is doing everything possible to move to France and take her daughter Nahla, 4, with her. The actress had Salma Hayek submit a letter to a judge saying that France is a safer place for celebrity children, but do you think it’s because she just wants her away from her baby daddy Gabriel Aubry

Halle is engaged to French actor Olivier Martinez and is looking to make France her permanent residence. Halle went to court on Aug. 16 to fight Gabriel for custody.

Halle and Gabriel met at a Versace photo shoot, and she gave birth to Nahla in 2008. They split up in 2010.

yes,as long as they can both/ parents of nahla,i mean halle is paying child support,i don’t see why the child can’t resume in both places, france, and the state of california, whats the big deal.i just want them all to come to a sensible agreement through the courts.i pray that this situation gets resolved, and they all can move on with their lives.

It’s amazing how many of you people take lliberty with the law. You drive these nut cases to write crap then when they go too far you try to back away. This woman is well within her legal rights to do what she thinks is in the best interest of her child. You don’t seem to be concerned with a report from the psychologist that says that he should not have custody. I don’t agree with the idea of removing the child from this country on a permanent basis, but I see no reason why they cannot have a 2nd house in France. Mr. Aubry has in the past blocked all attempts even at this. So to write an article that supposes that everything this gentleman wants should be granted is on the face of it ludicrous and down right foolish. Unless, of course, you would like to see the idea that any woman with deadbeat father to her child should pay child support to the nonsupporting party on a percentage of income basis. I bet if that were the case, a lot of these people writing wouldn’t be so quick to judge Ms. Berry. As I cannot imagine the mothers, sisters, and daughters over the world who would be scared to death if this same idea of thinking was applied to their family court cases. If something should happen to that child while in his custody, I only hope that her lawyers have this article as a part of their case.
