Justin Bieber may have millions of screaming fans, but he’s also just a regular 18-year old-kid, with one very specific pet peeve — shaving! “I hate shaving,” he said in a new interview with Vibe.

“It’s really going to suck when I have to start shaving every day.” Luckily, baby-faced Bieber doesn’t have to worry about that just yet.

“My mom looks pretty young and my dad does, too, so hopefully I will, too,” Justin admits.

Justin is trying to transition from a teen idol to a respected adult pop star, but is grappling with the idea of fame. “What does that really mean, ‘to be famous’?” Justin asked the Vibe reporter. “In general, fame can tear you apart, so you can never really feel like you’re famous. When people start acting like they’re famous, that’s when they start losing it.”

As Justin gets more and more famous, he also gets more and more guarded, saying he only lives in “California” and he “doesn’t know” how many cars he owns. “I don’t like giving too much personal information about where I live and the cars I drive… There are a lot of people in this world that aren’t good people. People hiding in garbage cans overnight to catch [pictures] of me. Crazy things happen.You can’t give out too much personal information.”
