Jen and Justin celebrated their engagement at NYC’s Blue Hill restaurant on Aug. 10 — read on for the details!

Justin Theroux and Jennifer Aniston didn’t have an over-the-top engagement. In fact, a new report claims that is was very low-key but that Jen couldn’t hide her excitement!

“Jen cried,” a source tells Us Weekly. “The proposal was simple. He was surprised she said yes, but he is so happy.”

Page Six is reporting that after Justin proposed to Jen on his 41st birthday, the couple went to dinner at Blue Hill restaurant, located around the corner from Justin’s Greenwich Village apartment.

The hotspot is known for its organic menu which has local food and wine. Guests are able to order off of the Farmer’s Feast, which is a five-course meal inspired by the week’s harvest.

“She was celebrating her engagement,” a source says. “It’s one of their favorite restaurants and they have had dates there before.”
