The former first daughter said she wants to give her mother the ‘grandchildren she has always wanted.’ Read on for more details!
Chelsea Clinton opened up publicly about her marriage to Marc Mezvinsky, for the first time in an interview in the September issue of Vogue.
The daughter of former president Bill Clinton and Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, who is normally very protective of her private life and marriage, said in a joint interview with her husband of two years that the couple is ready to start a family.
Marc, an investment banker, said that his wife is the ‘the yin to [his] yang,” and Chelsea said wants to have children “in a couple of years, hopefully…God willing.”
Chelsea also said her mother is growing impatient to have grandchildren, and the 32-year-old is ready to expand her family.
“It’s certainly something that Marc and I talk a lot about. I always knew I was the center of my parents’ lives when I was growing up. And I am determined that our children feel the same way,” Chelsea said.
“Marc and I are both working really hard right now, but I think in a couple of years, hopefully . . . literally, God willing. And I hope my mom can wait that long.”
Hopefully the happy couple will expand their family soon! What do YOU think of Chelsea and Marc having kids HollyMoms?
