Looks like Taylor Swift is making moves for her new boyfriend, Conor Kennedy!
New reports have surfaced that the 22-year-old country cutie has purchased a house in Hyannis Port, Mass., near the famous Kennedy compound — where she’s been spending a lot of time this summer. According to The Boston Globe, the property was originally listed for $13.5 million, but was sold for $4.9 million.
This wouldn’t come as a surprise considering Taylor has been soaking in the summer sun at the Cape with her new 18-year-old boyfriend. Taylor and Conor were joined by friends and family on a lovely afternoon sailboat ride on July 28 where they were photographed cuddling and holding hands!
HollywoodLife.com also recently learned that their budding romance is the real deal.
“The relationship is in the start of things and everything seems to be going very well. They are taking things as they come and having tons of fun doing it. They are very comfortable,” a source close to the situation confirmed to HollywoodLife.com EXCLUSIVELY.

she bought a place in LA when she was with Jake and look how long that lasted. She moves too face and too clingy.What is she going to do there while he is at college-move there too! LOL! Funny thing is it was Patrick she was interested in first reportedly but his Step-mom stopped that quickly,,,she wouldn’t let Taylor spend the night at the compound OR swim in the pool and she had to rent a house on the compound. The next scene she is with Connar who’s family accepts her most likely because they have little girls who love her and they are glad something is taking Conar’s mind off his moms recent death.
