Robert Pattinson Interview: I Felt ‘Fear’ After Kristen Stewart Affair

Rob is surprisingly candid about the ‘absolute terror’ he felt when returning to the public eye to greet fans — check out his revealing new words about pain that only K-Stew can cause!

Robert Pattinson had his heart broken after Kristen Stewart cheated, but his fans always have supported him. Surprisingly, Rob admits that he was nervous to face his admirers for the first time at the Cosmopolis premiere red carpet in New York City on August 13!

Rob, 26, spoke to Reuters about his anxiety seeing fans for the first time after Kristen, 22, was caught cheating.

“I felt fear, absolute terror,” he said. “It’s great – I didn’t expect it from the first ‘Twilight’ movie, I never expected my life to be like this and so it’s kind of weird to have lasted. And for people to come to movies that I’m really like proud of and I didn’t really think anyone’s going to see, I mean it’s like, it’s kind of amazing.”

Omgawd,really people? Rob will have forgotten K-S CR EW in a few short months and go on to win an Oscar….. For all of those people saying Rob is playing the pity card, get over yourselves. Your just so shaken up that there not together anymore and your trying to blame it on him. We will never know the absolute truth but why would this be made up considering her career just took a turn for the worst. Mabey she really is that stupid but otherwise, I don’t think she would try to destroy her career on purpose. There not getting back together and I’m glad for that. As you can see HL always changes the true words and story when it comes to pattinson . i saw the video and to be honest what i see is how really crazy, out of control and scary the obsessed fans really are . unfortunately he has to sign some autographs but i believe he really fears those crazy twilight fans , he had a tremendous amount of security there and i bet when it’s time for breaking dawn they probably will double that , because i’m sure there will be death threats and all kinda of crazy sh!t .. like all normal people i will be watching from the comfort of my home …. to me this is the side of being a celebrity that i find scary ….. Wow!!!! What a reception from the fans!!!! Amazing!!!! I´m sure he had no idea people would care for him so much..But there´s one thing everybody seems to have forgotten: He is where he is now, and has achieved so much fame because of Kristen.She chose him to play the role of Edward Cullen and regardless of her wrongdoing, she is the one who took him to stardom.I´ve been following this drama since it started 0n July 25.Although almost a month has gone by, Robert misses Kristen.When Jon Stewart told him to kick Kristen to the curb, Rob kept quiet.He´s still got very strong feelings for her,and I think that after this crazy week of interviews and public appearances, Rob can see whtat a huge number of fans he´s got and how supportive of him everybody is.So Rob, whatever your decision, everybody will support you.However,there´s someone who really needs you now.And that person is Kristen.I think it´s about time you got together and decided whta your situatio will be.I honestly hope you forgive her.She´s showed you she loves you and regrets her actions.She can´t be left standing just like she is now.She may have hurt your feelings for her, but what you had together was much stronger than that.Please, forgive her Rob.You two are amazing together.!!!!

Robert has already expressed his views on cheating. He explicitly told Italian vanity Fair Magazine (Sept 2012 issue, so pick it up and read it) that cheating goes against his belief system. He said that he does not understand people that cheat. He said that in plain English. Those are his beliefs and he’s not going to change them for your idol, Miss K-Slut, who can’t act her way out of a paper bag, so she has to hit the casting couch and stay there. Sorry to have to break it to you like this. Go have some ice cream. Also, who did she have to sleep with to get Twilight? A producer? Nah, probably an Executive producer or the head of Summit Entertainment. She was already doing Rob.

I gotta agree. He really is getting alot out of this. Ticket sales are through the roof and half of these people dont even understand the movie. This is hysterical. And everyone does fail to realize that this girl was the one that fought for this guy. But by all accounts he seems to have forgotten that. This, so called “scandal” is a joke. IMO this was a total PR stunt. They probably dated but were very close friends first. Boy some friend he is.
