Well Rob, your heart may still be breaking inside over Kristen Stewart’s affair, but there’s no better way to recover than by looking your best EVER, and you did at the NYC Cosmopolis premiere and on the Daily Show.

Robert Pattinson — when you stepped out on the red carpet at the NYC Cosmopolis premiere on Aug. 13th, hit The Daily Show with Jon Stewart and then rang the opening bell at the New York Stock Exchange on Aug. 14, there was just one way your fans would describe you – HOT!

Your infamous mane of Edward Cullen-ish tousled hair has grown back — check! The blue eyes and skin look clear and rested — check! The beard is neatly trimmed — check!

Finally — the narrow dapper Gucci suits and skinny ties were perfection! Rob, you looked every inch the confident, well-dressed, well-groomed and A-list star that you are.

There’s been no sign of the man who was so distressed over girlfriend Kristen Stewart‘s cheating that you needed to hide out at Reese Witherspoon‘s very private Ojai ranch to nurse your romantic wounds.

Neither was there any sign of slob Rob. You know, when you’re “off duty,” you love to hang in the most casual of pants, T’s, sweatshirts and with a baseball cap pulled down over your head.

No, instead you couldn’t have looked more handsome and pulled together. I’m sure Kristen Stewart has had non-stop regrets about her affair with her Snow White and the Huntsman director Rupert Sanders ever since she was publicly exposed, but seeing you look so jaw-droppingly handsome on the carpet and so confident on The Daily Show, must have made her feel even sorrier about what she gave up.

And I can tell you Rob that your fans are over-the-moon impressed by your new public appearances.

“Just saw Robert Pattinson… he is very tall, slim built and gorgeous… at the NYC stock exchange,” commented fan Trina.

“He looks fine! Really!” commented another fan.

“Rob looks splendid, and as to be expected, the dazzling smile is in place, the eyes are popping with radiance,” raved Tina.

But how you look doesn’t even compare with how you deftly handled your interview with Jon Stewart on The Daily Show on Aug. 13. You arrived with a smile, you kept on grinning and laughing as Jon offered you Ben & Jerry’s ice cream and joked that the two of you were “just a couple of gals talking.”

You never lost your sense of humor while Jon advised you that you were better off now and should kick Kristen to the curb.

Laughing along with Jon and admitting that you were too cheap to hire a publicist to deal with the K-Stew fallout made you seem strong and in control.

Hey Rob — the best thing to do under the public glare when you’re crying inside is to laugh on the outside. You did it AND you looked fabulous.
