Rob, in his first public appearance since the Kristen Stewart scandal, appeared cool, calm and collected on ‘The Daily Show’ — is this further proof that the power couple has broken up?

Robert Pattinson has been through a wide range of emotions lately — HollywoodLife.com reported that he was feeling frustrated, sad, angry and hurt after photos surfaced of Kristen Stewart cheating on him. But in his first media appearance since the scandal, he seemed to be happy and healing! Do you think they’ve broken up?

With Robert Pattinson laughing through Jon Stewart‘s jokes and digs about K-Stew, we’re thinking the dynamic duo has broken up. If they were together, wouldn’t he be standing up for her? Wouldn’t he look more uncomfortable? He actually looked happy!

Hi Kristen, we hope you read this, I hope you are ok,..we want to say, get your family, integrity and career back on track first….Do a comedy or something lighter. above all.. Get some counselling, to sort out your feelings and dont swear in public, but at home yeah thats normal for you and for us. We love your edginess and mysterious, and avoid the press. as much as possible. Because you have two engagment to get out of the way. Twilight and MTV. Chin up you have got through the worse month, these awkward moments are coming up and it will be over soon and try to avoid Mr No Backbone and no eye contact. lol We are only to try tomake you feel better. Some of us think Rob didnt give you a fair chance, and we think he cheated on you behind your back. He didnt fight for his relationship, and that in my book is really sad. But hey, live and learn, we know you only made one mistake, and it cost you everything. But it will get better. You will find someone who will love you for your quirkiness and sense of humour. That you can trust, when you are working overseas, hes not going to parties, and putting his pencil (lol) everywhere in every hotel, Lets face it. the story we hear, will come to haunt him oneday. Aids is around. mmmm. skanks are around. my friends and twin sister thinks Rob is a good dude,(sort of) but didnt have the balls to hang on to what more important. to him. all the best,

She was fighting real hard for the relationship from inside that Mini-Cooper.— I haven’t seen any efforts from her to save the relationship that matches the tamest of those pictures. Even the rumors of “something” being done are weak. Seriously—–think—what efforts can anyone point to other than that ill advised press release? I’m not attacking you, and I’d like to see all this fixed like right now. Like it or not she’s the guilty party in this mess. The major burden to fix these things is always on the guilty party. Rumors of something He might have done are worthless without some real proof. (like pictures secretly taken with a telephoto lens) She needs to do something big to turn this around, and do it quickly. If she plays it right, Rob comes home, and the fans will all go ahh that was so awesome-and maybe all will be forgiven on a probationary basis, or at least everyone will calm down.Somebody needs to help her out, instead of just watching and laughing.

PR or not ..But no one can deny the fact that this scandal is helping promote Cosmopolis. Its too coincidental this scandal happened around the same time before the US Cosmopolis premiere. To me, its also interesting during the John Stewart’s interview, he did mention he’s too cheap to hire a publicist. Before any of this happened, Bel Ami went straight to video and when Cosmopolis first opened overseas, hardly anyone saw it. A reporter who was a movie reviewer for the Daily Mail in London had wrote that he was the only paying customer in the movie theater.At the same time, Kristen was named Forbes highest paid actress, she was the face for Balenciaga, was named Best Dress in many of the big fashion house magazines esp in the UK, and worked with Karl Lagerfeld. If Kristen was in this plan all along to sacrifice her career for his, boy does she deserve a lot of apologies.
As for Rupert, he was unknown in HW before any of this. SWATH was his very first feature film. IMO, it’s only going to help him direct more feature films.
I still like Rob and Kristen.I wouldn’t doubt they would somehow get back together to promote BD2, and it’s going to make that movie even way bigger than it is. After that though, I think they’re really both read to move on from Twilight. IMO, they’ve probably all outsmarted us.

I truley don’t get some people!! Why in the world would kristen want to look like a home wrecker, seriously!! This was a set up by both of them, are you kidding!! I don’t think being with a married man and have it publised to the world is something anyone one would want to plan OMG!! Theory upon theory, it’s a joke!! She had an affair with a married man and got caught simple. There are no other explanations!!!
The press keep on asking Rob ” are you ok”, well what do you think!!! What does everyone want him to say and do!!! Cry to the world, bag her, have a nervous break down!!! You could plainly see that the guy is devastated, anybody in that position would be. He is a human going through the same emotions we would go through!! Why in the world would you want to go out in public after being humiliated in front of the whole world!! Not privately, but everyone knows that your girlfriend cheated on you!! You would feel angry, embaressed, feel stupid and humiliated!!!
As for Kristen i’m pretty sure she feels pretty cheap right now!! No, they weren’t engaged or married, but being married is just a peice of paper at the end of the day, they were in a commited relationship for a long time and living together. Not to mention, she cheated with a guy who was and had kids!! I don’t believe in the crap that Kristen is the only one who is being punished in all this and she is losing out on her movies!! I feel that Kristen herself choose not to do it right now cause she needs to get her life back on track!! She has been working hard and I feel it is good that she is taking a break from all of this!! Let’s not forget that Rupert is no one in the public eye so nothing is being really said bout him cause no one really cares, but that dosen’t mean he is less to blame, it’s just that Kristen is in the publis eye!! I still don’t get what she did or why she did it but my heart goes out to Rob, what he has to go through the media right now must be beyond tough. Love you Rob :)
Ow and for the Krisbian’s, don’t try to put the blame on anyone else, she only has herslf to blame, at the end of the day she could of just broke it of, that’s the decent thing to do!! Don’t make her out to be a hero right now and ow people make mistakes, that’s a pretty awful mistake to make!! This is my theory. Rob, Kristen, Rupert and Liberty all planned it, but due to Twihardness, it went way overboard. Planned it right before the Olympics to make it dissapear fast, but overshadowed it. Rob’s stagnant career has been shot back to life. He probably lost weight training for Mission Blacklist at end of Aug. Rupert and Liberty are household names, and marriage still intact, now even getting counseling. This cheating thing or presentation on a scale I would rate it a pg. It was filmed in a public park and a mini cooper, almost comical. It could have been a sex tape. As soon as it broke, Rob and Kristen dissapeared. No pics of Rob at Reece Ranch and she never verified it. Lastly, Kristen is no longer typecasted as little sweet Bella and she doesn’t have to deal with Robs fans again. Before you judge, just think about this….

Why is it that society always punishes the woman in cases like these and the ever faithful wife takes back the husband when it’s plain that he pursued her for his own carnal desires.I hope he never gets to direct a film again.Why doesn’t he direct his own divorce.

He does look uncomfortable. It’s plausible that he’s laughing in a “you have no idea” way. Rob wouldn’t confirm anything, even if they were together. Watch the interview he did today in NY. David talks about how people know nothing…

Its obviously . I’ve never seen any couple in Hollywood is still together after cheating . Kristen’s case is the worse there are a tone of photos to prove it . It’s a memorable .

nene, thank goodness, finally somebody who thinks what I do. All I saw last night was a young man trying not to spill the beans. I just wish more people could see through this. I adore him and Kristen. I just don’t understand why this is all happening. Maybe we’ll find out at the BD part 2 premiere. Who knows

when people asked him in the past if he was dating her, and joked about them having a ‘reel and real’ romance he didn’t say anything either. she didn’t as well.
why not talk about what david c (can’t even spell that last name. director of rob’s movie.) said, “people think they know what’s going on, but they don’t.” that seemed pretty interesting. he finished it with, “that (the incident) doesn’t effect men, and shouldn’t effect my movie.”

There is no way Rob would agree to scandal with Kristen hooking up with a married man, yea if really want to stretch this theory that it is a publicity stunt, would maybe agree to another guy(but not married ) that is just a career dose dive, that is too risky and offensive, there are certain topics off table when considering fame(positive or negative), EX-abortion,suicide,affair with married person.
