While having a boys day out, Scott left Mason in the car alone to buy a magazine at a newsstand — do you think it’s unsafe?

Scott Disick, 29, grabbed some lunch and ran some errands with his 2-year-old son Mason Disick on August 10 in Calabasas, CA.

After lunch, Scott briefly left his son in the car unattended when he hopped out to buy a copy of SportBoat Magazine from a newsstand. Leaving a child in the car during a hot California summer can be very dangerous — do you think it was wrong for Scott to leave Mason in the car?

Unless you can provide a picture of the kid with the windows rolled up, you shouldn’t post articles like this. He may have parked curbside and just ran out. He’s always driving those $500,000 cars so I’m sure he had some ac on.

since when is stepping out of the car at a magazine stand considered “shopping”? 99% of the time, magazine stands are RIGHT next to the curb…IF Mason was in the car…he was within spitting distance of his dad the entire time. If someone called CPS about this, CPS would show up and laugh!
What if Mason was sleeping? anyone who would say to wake a sleeping 2 year old to get out of the car for 2 minutes to get a magazine obviously doesn’t have kids!

Seriously. it shows two pics…one of them by the car and then just one of Scott….mason is probably right ahead of him but they decided to leave him out of the picture and make up this lame story for people who are gullible enough to believe it. unless i was to see a photo of the car with mason in it and Scott across the street…this story is just a bunch of BS.

we all know that scott and kourtney could never be good parents. so why is it surprising? it may be ok to leave a 10 yr old in the car for just a few moments, but a 2 yr old?!? really scott!

To KC or others who think this behavior was OK, Kourtney and Scott are lucky CPS isn’t involved. I worked for So Cal CPS as a SW, because Mason is under 5 and only 2, if either the police or CPS were notified and the police saw Mason alone in the car, a case would have been opened for investigation, like it or not, agree or not.

It only takes a split second for something to happen to a small child. Stupid, stupid, stupid.

i dont agree with ppl leavein their kids in the cars. If he had his car running than what if someone stole his car and they would have Mason. Im 17 and i no better not to leave my baby in a car and i dont even leave my 9 year old cousin in the car by his self

Oh c’mon! Is this really a story!? And great job showing where the car was to show how stupid this story is. I live next to this newsstand and its on a side street on the curb. Its a small newstand so his car parked inches from him with an open window, he can have a conversation with mason while paying, its that close! and really how long does it take to buy a magazine?

Im sure he didnt leave him in there with the windows closed. Stop making such an issue out of this, im sure he parked hte car, let it run with the AC and jumped out to grab the magazine. What will happen??? and why didnt the paparazzi snap pics of mason in the car alone????? whatever.
