Robert Pattinson sat down with Jon Stewart on The Daily Show on Monday, August 13 to promote his new film Cosmopolis in what would be his first interview since having been cheated on by Kristen Stewart. Rob could have used the opportunity to publicly diss his ex, but, as an insider tells us, he took the high road and remained a gentleman.
An insider tells HollywoodLife.com exclusively that when Jon asked Rob how he was doing, Rob replied, “I intend not to say anything.” “Jon didn’t push the subject,” says our insider. “Instead, he said to Rob, ‘I wish you all the best. These things happen when you are young.’”
Our insider reports, “Kristen’s name was never mentioned, and Rob was a complete gentleman not to diss her.” What a nice guy!
