Robert Pattinson Nervous To Talk About Kristen Stewart’s Affair

Rob has some pretty high-profile interviews coming up, but an insider reveals he’s ‘not ready’ to discuss Kristen’s infidelity.

Twi-hards probably shouldn’t hold their breaths, waiting for Robert Pattinson to make his first on-the-record statement about Kristen Stewart‘s betrayal. Despite his scheduled interviews on Good Morning America and The Daily Show, Rob is “really doesn’t want to address his personal life, or the cheating scandal,” a source tells RadarOnline.com. “He’s just not ready yet, and doesn’t want to say anything he’d regret.”

The insider explains Rob is “keen” on sticking to promotion of his new movie Cosmopolis, which is clearly more in his comfort zone.

“Rob’s always been a bit of an awkward nervous guy, but his appearances in New York next week have him frazzled,” the source adds.

Poor Rob! HollywoodLifers, do you think Rob should man up and talk about Kristen, or should we all respect his privacy?

Rob should not deviate form the promotion of his new movie Cosmopolis even if the interviewer asked about Kris’ affair, he should politely refrain from discussing it or his private life. FBO

People should just stop asking questions and leave the couple alone. Time heals all wounds and everyone will find out eventually. The studio should stick to his Cosmopolitan movie and leave his personal life alone.

Just hope they realize that they are both very young, still maturing and expected to stumble. Priveledged lives do not come without difficulties. We all have seen the result of those who have not handled these situations well. Find a way to use the overload of emotions in a non-destructive way, and know your life will renew itself.

i want Rob to take Kristen back. she’s a real person. unlike other actresses who do stunts for publicity and don’t even accept their cheating, kristen spoke up and apologized. she didn’t hide it or anything. she dropped out of cali, a project she really wanted to work on. This shows that all that matters to her is her life with rob. i don’t understand why people are blaming her and not Rupert. she is 22 but he’s in his 40s.. far more mature than Kristen. he could have avoided this all. he did this to kristen and cheated on his own family. all i wanna say is people do mistakes and YOU PEOPLE SHOULDN’T LET TABLOIDS LIKE HOLLYWOOD LIFE MAKE MONEY OUT OF THE PAIN IN A TRUE RELATIONSHIP LIKE ROBSTEN. HL is printing hatred for Kristen JUST to get your views and MONEY…PLEASE USE YOUR OWN BRAIN AND STOP HATING ON KRISTEN.

having been cheated on myself. rob pease dont listen to anyone telling you what to do. listen to your head and heart. if you love her then find a way to forgive her and make it work. if you dont then let her go and move on. wishing you the best. god bless.

rRob, Just tell them to stay away from questions that are private . re: your personal life. Your countrymen are well known for their privacy issues, You and Kris should just move out of California for a while. Just look everyone in the eyes and say “Stick to the script”

I hope they can work things out but I understand if Rob chooses not to.
they may be famous but ther’re still only humans. I think relationships are hard anyway w/o everyone else putting in thier 2¢. Everything will work itself out in the end for the best(for them). We just may not like it.

I am like any other person, I love to know what is going on in the lives of our favorites movie stars, but there are limits. Even though I would love to know what is going through his mind…I can leave that part to imagination. How else would he feel other than betrayed and devastated? I say…let the man be. If he chooses to discuss the events and his feelings publicly, that’s his decision, if not, then I say we respect his privacy. It’s one thing to have this happen to oneself, but the amount of attention and public humiliation it brings when you’re in the public eye like they are….must be unbearable. I don’t dislike K. Stewart, but I think she made a very poor decision. I think she let the glitz of her stardom and a hot married man get the better of her judgement. All for what? Well, they both know they did wrong. I pray that both parties are able to repair the damage, but that all takes time….and trust. Even though I do not know Robert personally, I cannot help but to feel terrible for him. Who knows, perhaps they’ll remain friends in the future and hook up again, but…often when that trust is broken…sometimes it’s difficult to gain it back. I wish all of them the best…yes, even the cheaters, though I do not condone their actions, they have a lot to go through due to their poor judgement.

It’s good that he doesn’t want to say anything regarding the scandal. He don’t want to further damaged the mess…. That means he still want to safe the relationship if it possible. I really hope he has really big..big heart to forgive her and may be make up with Kristen……. We still love Robsten and hopefully to see them smile again.

I agree 100% ^_^ Good people make bad choices too…and I hope that Robert is able to ease his pain respectfully. Now, let’s hope the media decides to give them all some space so that they can work this out. It’s truly a private and heart wrenching matter…and I’d be happy not knowing every little detail. Hopefully he bounces back from this in one piece.

Situations, must never be forced,
We must not talk about what makes us uncomfortable,
especially if it is our private life,
and when I do not want someone to intervene in my private life,
any question, you reply with all your intension,
it is my life private and I do not talk about it,
and repeat this answer, as many times as they ask,
perhaps the reporter or interviewer prefer talk you about his private life in this interviewing, ask to him, the same question,
all persons have the same rights, and the questions are valid in both directions, if they want to answer you also want answer,
then also the interviewee deserves respect to to his private life, is the same in both directions,

Rob Pattinson will be fine and handle the situation. Jon Stewart will treat him well, make him laugh, etc. All of the talk show hosts love Rob P. Rob has commitments for Cosmopolis and work in the future. Stewart has dropped out of Cali. They need vacations, soon. They need to stop working so hard. They need to feel comfortable in their own “skins” again, and learn how to enjoy down time and being by themselves.

Thank you for that,and well said. I think that the pressure to be “the perfect H’wood couple” is what lead them astray in their relationship. By that,I mean, that they had gotten away from what brought them together in the first place: their realness and earthiness of each other. Then Kristen cheated and the whole thing has mushroomed into chaos.
