
A pregnant Adele may be joining the Spice Girls as one of the 2012 Olympics Closing Ceremony performers, according to a new report! Read on for all the details!
Adele, who is reportedly eight months pregnant, may perform at the 2012 Olympics Closing Ceremony in London, England on August 12!
Organizers announced Thursday August 9 that the ceremony theme will be “A Symphony of British Music” which will include established as well as up-and-coming artists performing a “jukebox-full of iconic British songs.”
“It is, in a sense, the soundtrack of our lives,” said film and theater director Stephen Daldry, executive producer of the Olympic and Paralympic opening and closing ceremonies.
Adele would join a lengthy list of accomplished British talent taking part in the ceremony that also includes One Direction, The Spice Girls, Jessie J, The Who, George Michael, and Russell Brand, according to E! News.
Adele’s album “21″ has spent a year on top of the charts, winning six Grammys in February, including album of the year!
