Liberty is one angry woman, and she’s brilliantly sending a message to her husband Rupert Sanders’ lover by wearing a cross that ‘wards off vampires’ — plus more! Here’s how.
Liberty Ross did not get dressed randomly when she went out in public on August 8 in Los Angeles, wearing a white undershirt similar to the one that Kristen Stewart wore in the photos of her cheating rendezvous with Rupert Sanders, says psychotherapist Dr. Gilda Carle of drgilda.com.
“She’s very angry, but she wants to play on the same league by dressing like Kristen and being part of the competition,” Dr. Gilda, the 30-Second Therapist for Today.com, said. “But she wants to show that she can one-up her by warding off her evil cheating ways.”
She’s using the cross in a subtle way to let Kristen see that she won’t grab her husband — she’s got the upper hand, believes the expert.
It’s no coincidence that Liberty, 33, is wearing the same shirt as K-Stew’s now-infamous “cheating” tank top, believes the psychotherapist.
Liberty’s cross is a complete FU to Kristen, who plays vampire Bella Swan Cullen in Breaking Dawn Part 2, agrees relationship expert Cooper Lawrence. However, she thinks the white tank top like Kristen’s was a subconscious choice on Liberty’s part.
“On some level, she wants to please her husband — she wants him to want her back,” says Lawrence. “So the first thing you do when you’ve been cheated on is to doll yourself up and look attractive so you FEEL attractive. The cheating has been a blow to your self-esteem. Liberty wants to give off the image that she is fine and a desirable woman.”
Lawrence believes she may have subconsciously chosen the same sort of shirt because the cheating photos are so ingrained in her memory.
“There is a chance that she may subconsciously want to hurt herself because on some level — she may feel the cheating is her fault,” adds Lawrence.
Hmm! That’s a lot to think about. But we definitely don’t think the cross is coincidental at all!

Very childish of Liberty! Those stilettos the other day were a huge statement, it was enough!
