Robert Pattinson — we know you are hurting. Sources have told HollywoodLife.com that you were blindsided by the news of her affair and you’ve been devastated. Nevertheless, the news that you plan to be respectful to Kristen Stewart in public just makes me more impressed than ever with you. And I know that your fans would agree!
“Rob would never do anything to Kristen out of spite. He’s too good a guy,” a friend of his told Us Weekly. “It’s not like him to want to hurt her.”
That’s so commendable, Rob. It’s the right thing to do and it’s the extremely mature thing to do, especially when promotional events for Breaking Dawn 2 are right around the corner. After all, the pair is scheduled to take the podium together at the MTV Music Video Awards to present an award together on Sept. 6.
Whatever your feelings for Kristen — and we’re sure they have to be very mixed — it would be completely inappropriate to reveal them in public with her.
You don’t want to in any way diss her in public — especially to her face. It wouldn’t make you look good and it would be cruel.
As much as Kristen hurt you, you know she is suffering too and is filled with remorse and regret.
It appears that you have wisely decided that the show must go on. You need to be professional — both of you need to. You must fulfill your promotional obligations for Breaking Dawn 2, no “ands,” “ifs” or “buts.”
The two of you cannot allow your personal heartbreak to hurt your careers. And Rob, the fact that you are bravely marching on to do all the necessary promotion for Cosmopolis, starting on Aug. 13, just shows how well you understand that.
Now Rob, we know it will be painful for you to stand next to Kristen and present an award but being kind to the woman you still love, is the right, thoughtful and admirable thing to do.
It just lets everyone know what a fine person you are — as if we had any doubt.

i agree that rob should not diss kristen in public , which in my humble opinion kristen does not deserve.that he should be there with her for the promotional tour hell no,if he can avoid it.but then bonnie,how do you know that he still love her or that she loved him in the first first place?if rob is really at reeses place,iam not sure he will be there with his friends.so how come they saw him drunk and was dialling kristen?.remember we are people who can also reason for ourselves.

With the love Rob has for Kristen (and I believe it to be obvious) I had no doubt he would NOT want to be hurtfull toward her at all. The love he has for her just resinates from him completely when he even just looks at her. Their love runs bone deep and I don’t see this being the end of their relationship. I honestly think he would be willing to try to move past his ‘hurt’ even if he has to take it slowly with herl
I believe she is completely aware of the mistake she made and it would never happen again because she could not bare to see him hurting again from something she did.
I am not one of her hugest fans and never have been but I do not think the way she is being treated is fair at all. I would love to be able to help her get through all this and considering I have never been a fan of hers I can only imagine how it has to be worring Rob with all the love he has for her.
There is no fair and balanced reporting coming from any ‘mag or rag’….. I can tell which person wrote the story just by the content and context of it; it is rather obvious wether or not the person reportig the story likes Kristen or not. I wish everyone would just leave them alone to figure this out for themselves. They don’t need to hear from the mean fans or nasty reporters. They need to feel their fan’s support and love being sent their way.
I would love to see them get past this and get back together because life is too short to dwell on the bad things for too long. I also hope they don’t feel the need to start hiding their relationship again, but if people don’t start to show them both more love and RESPECT they probably will go silent again in reguards to their relationship. That would be such a shame, they were just starting to get comfortable talking about their love and showing it in public.

Agree….They are going to get back together I believe because they just simply compliment each other….they both love each other deeply…I think she was away for so long and in the company of others that she clung and wrongfully bonded to Rupert….It is her fault for sure ..she could have been loyal…and it cost her her life…and she knows it..She seems to really have a deep relationship with Rob..or otherwise she would just go to Rupert, or another man…her image is of a tramp and homewrecker….Rob needs to be there for her and I am not sure if he is man enuff….it might cost him ..and I wonder how much he really love her

When I voted that Rob Pattinson should take the high road I merely meant that he should be polite and professional and take the high road in how he does his job and handles communications with and about Kristen Stewart. That doesn’t mean that I think he should take her back at this time. She has a lot to learn and she needs to learn how to be faithful.
