Conjoined twins Abigail and Brittany weren’t expected to live beyond a few days. Now, the twins are all grown up and entering the world of adulthood!
Abigail and Brittany Hensel, 22, who share a body fused at the torso, first caught America’s attention when they appeared on Oprah in 1996. Now, the conjoined twins are returning to television with their own reality show!
After Oprah, the twins appeared on television again, when TLC aired their 16th birthday special.
In the documentary, the girls conquered a near impossible feat: passing their driving test. The girls worked as a team to each use their arm to control the steering wheel.
Now, the girls are graduating college and heading into the real world. The twins’ new reality show Abby and Brittany will follow their graduation from Bethel University in Minnesota, a trip through Europe with their friends, and their job search.
The show premieres on TLC on August 28.
