Robert Pattinson is most likely on a roller coaster ride of emotions right now — and we’re sure he has a million words he wants to say to Kristen Stewart.
But relationship experts tell HollywoodLife.com that Rob, 26, needs to cool down and sort out his feelings on his own before having a heart to heart with the girl who broke his heart.
“He has to sort out his emotions before confronting her. Otherwise, he may become even more hurt and confused by what she may say. In other words, he cannot meet with her until he has built up an emotional reserve and has his own sense of clarity with regards to her cheating,” relationship expert, Diana Falzone, tells HollywoodLife.com.
Reports have surfaced claiming that Rob is drunk dialing Kristen and that he’s dying to get answers from her , and while that may seem like the logical solution for Rob right now, experts warn that he won’t receive the outcome he wants. Rob has to ultimately decide by himself if he wants to reconcile with Kristen, or if he wants to move on and then he can come face-to-face with her.
“It will come down to Rob’s decision if this meeting is about closure or reconciliation,” Diana tells us.
It’s also important for Rob to overcome his anger before meeting with Kristen.
“Optimally, he’ll want to share his feelings in a way Kristen will hear him. When someone is angry, all any listener will hear is anger. When he talks with her again, he should know what he wants and where he wants to go,” Dr. Gilda Carle, Today’s 30-second therapist, tells HollywoodLife.com.
We know it’s a really difficult situation, but we hope Rob listens to their advice!
