Rob was blindsided by the news that Kristen was cheating with her ‘Snow White and the Huntsman’ director, and so for, time has not healed any wounds. Rob is reportedly still very upset! Keep reading for more details on how Rob is feeling after the affair!

Robert Pattinson is at a loss. He’s still hurting after his girlfriend Kristen Stewart was photographed making out and cuddling with her director Rupert Sanders. He’s rethinking every step of his relationship with Kristen.

“One moment he thought he had his partner and the next he was forced to rethink decisions he’s made,” a source told People. “He’s sad about it.”

Although Rob is scheduled to appear on The Daily Show on August 13 and Good Morning America on August 15, he is not expected to dish about Kristen.

“His press appearances were scheduled previously and are centered solely on promotion Cosmopolis,” says Rob’s rep.

Yep, if he’s going to forgive her, she will never find a guy like him. As stupid as him. If he’s going to do so, for me it’ll mean that he deserve everything she’s done to him.

You all are putting even more pressure on their relationship by making it into some great american love story. They met on the set of twilight for gods sake. Let them go their separate ways and find love on their own terms.

Why do you keep saying it was just 7 minutes? Really? Do you think that was the first time Kristen and Rupert got together? Do you think they had a strictly professional relationship and suddenly that day, when they got out of the car, Rupert felt completely comfortable to embrace and kiss Kristen that way?

Please.

This was not the first time those two fooled around.

It probably began sometime during filming. Sad that Kristen has been living with and lying to Robert for so long…

i think they should be apart for now, to think about their relationship. If Kris just comes back because she feels guilty, Rob should let her go, for his sake and for her sake too. He shouldn’t hold onto someone who doesn’t love him. And if they really love each other, if they feel like they cannot live without each other, they should be back together or they will regret in the future. This scandal maybe the challenge for them. If they can overcome it, they will be forever, i think. And if they cannot, they should move on, life is not long for u to regret and pain all the time. They should think clearly about them and about each other too. So, leave them alone. I wish them the best .

chelsy whalen you are wise .i like your comment.i hope he keeps his mouth shut and probably say so little . let him focus on promoting the movie.no need to wash ones underwear in public.his private life is his business.the fact that kristen hurts him does not mean he will hurt her back .that is totally not needed.

From personal experience I can say that its not the same after you cut someone that you love so deep. Who’s to say that she would cheat again or not… Only time can make that determination. I also think time apart would do them both good. But, if Robert takes her back after an indiscretion this, that is without consequence– its a recipe for disaster.

I have to agree with you, Chelsey. I’ve also been there—actually I was married with 2 babies at the time. I did not take him back, did not even consider it. But I’m happily remarried and so much better off, so are my children. Some relationships are stronger (so they say) after such trauma, but for me I’d never be able to completely trust that person.

It really annoys me, these people who want Rob to get back together to keep the dance of Twilight alive—these were characters, Edward and Bella, not real people. That’s such selfish thinking. If Rob takes Kristen back then of course it’s his decision, and I wish him all the best, but I’d hate to see him hurt again. From the reports Kristen is devastated and though I feel bad for her, it’s Rob I’m worried about. I can only hope she learns a huge lesson from al this—appreciate what you have!

I do think both would benefit greatly from counselling, just because it helped me so much in the past. There is so much blame in something like this and it helped me sort through all my feelings. Oh, and for me, music. I would listen to certain songs over and over . . . (I don’t know if that’s good or not).

I wish Rob the best and hope he is okay.

Michele and Chelsea: I”m not a teen with a temper here – at 56 I’m an older fan but I personally find a couple of things annoying. The first is the word “affair” – there was NO AFFAIR. It was a couple of kisses in the front seat of A MINI-COOP and a hug from behind in a park that took all of 7 MINUTES TOTAL!!! You are forgetting a few very important things here. Kristen was “seeing” Michael Aragano from 13 to 17 – if you can call early teen stuff “seeing.” She met Rob when Twilght started at 17 and has been with him ever since. So Rob is only the 2nd long-term relationship – again if you can call the time with Michael a “relationship” as kids that age can barefly spell the word, let alone have one – and he is also the FIRST serious long-term adult relationship Kristen has had HER ENTIRE LIFE!! Rupert Sanders, at 41, is twice Kristen’s age, as her director he was her boss, and when I look at his picture I see “snake” written all over him. While I firmly believe Kristen truly loves Rob, this was the only time it happened and she’ll never do it again I trust my instincts and those tell me that Rupert has done this before (maybe wasn’t caught but did it) and he’s going to do it again. He deserves the lion’s share of the blame and Charlize Theron and everyone else, including Liberty Ross, should be pointing their finger at him more than Kristen.

And Michele – it has nothing do to with, as you say, “keeping Twilight alive.” None of us know Rob and Kristen personally but sometimes a couple strikes a cord that makes you really root for them and that’s what fans see in them. It’s not the least bit selfish. And I’m sure I’ll have plenty of disagreement but I have to say, in a way, though Rob has every right to be hurt I will very disappointed if he choose to be so unforgiving. I see posts all the time that if Kristen really loved Rob she wouldn’t have done this – the problem is that the one we love the most is the one we will hurt the worst and the most often. Maybe not this one but in one way or another. The test for the person who is hurt is their capacity to forgive the who hurt them.

Disappointed in Rob if he does not take her back? Give me a break! You have no right to judge Rob in whatever he decides to do. And you may be a 56 year old woman but you’re thinking is that of a 13 year old! And I do not believe, judging on the pictures and the way they were so comfortable with each other, that this was a one time, seven minute thing. You are very naive if you believe that. A 42 year old man does not want to just hold hands, and a 22 year old woman, who is experienced (and yes she is) doesn’t settle for just that either. They might not have had sex but it wouldn’t surprise me if they had.

She’ll never do it again? No one knows that, but the trust is broken. You are being totally selfish and you’re old enough to know bette! You’re confusing Rob for Edward, living your life vicariously through him and Kristen. I’ve never cheated on anyone—not my boyfriends in the past or my husband, nor would I. You astound me, given your age. Unbelievable!

Ironically, it was Kristen who told young girls not to put up with sh*t. So why should Rob?

I hope they show people all over that LOVE can over triumph over stuff that can get thrown at them.
They are strong. They can get through this if they allow it.

They have been friends for 2 years, and dating for 3 years. They have been through so much to just throw in the towel.
I think a lot of people saw them as too prefect to make mistakes… but they are human. They make mistakes.
It does take time, and trust has to be earned back. But! They CAN do it. They can work on it together.


The TV interviews are part of his job! He would have done them if this incident didn’t occur.

I believe people are going to try to get him to answer questions about the incident, but I think it would show professionalism if he left that alone. That’s private.

He could say that he is enjoying the premiere of his movie in NYC, and tabloids like Hollywood Life will twist it saying that it’s “secret code” for he is having a hard time dealing with the incident.

You need to grow up. An “affair” takes longer than 7 minutes and is made up of more than a few kisses and a hug. And if Rob and stay and Reese’s house then Kristen can take refuge with a male friend. Giovanni Agnelli came to her defense and she went to his home rather than subject her parents and their neighborhood to the crunch of paparazzi. Get off your high horse. Maybe you didn’t make this particular mistake but that doesn’t mean you won’t be standing in the fire waiting for your judgement because of something else you did. YOU grow up.

Agree agree….. And also littleMo. I am even 4 years older than you and at times discuss with my students about twilight and robsten off screen relationship. If they finally reunite, that would even another proof how great robsten love is….

Rupert & Kristen were working together pre-production, August 2011. Do you think August 17 was some anniversary? They could have enhanced the pregnancy stories better. Her boobs look bigger,doing yoga,weird behaviour….Rupert is ..probably.. negotiating a lucrative interview deal so he can afford to return to the UK
