Kristen has been spotted working out numerous times at a gym in Los Angeles, and an eyewitness tells HollywoodLife.com EXCLUSIVELY that she didn’t seem to be in the best mood. Read on for the inside scoop!

Since her affair with Rupert Sanders was made public, sightings of Kristen Stewart have been scarce. She’s maintained a low profile, but we’ve learned that the Twilight actress has left her hiding spot to hit the gym more than a few times!

A member of Gold’s Gym in Venice, California tells HollywoodLife.com exclusively that they’ve seen Kristen using the facilities and that “she didn’t look too happy.” “I never saw her smile. She just kind of looked serious and kept her head down a lot,” the witness said, claiming they’d seen her these the afternoon of Thursday, August 2.

Another witness tells us, “She has been in working out with her own people in very intense workouts…While she was here she talked to nobody except her trainer and left afterwards without showering or going into the locker rooms to change.”

A source tells us that she doesn’t actually belong to the gym as a member, but uses the facility with her trainer. “Kristen isn’t a member of Gold’s Gym, she trains with Pro Camp. They train really high end clientele and they sometimes use our facilities,” the source says. All of our sources were unanimous that Kristen, 22, appears to be in great shape, regardless of her quiet mood. “she looked good and healthy, not super skinny or weird,” one witness said.

It looks like Kristen has been channeling her frustrations into something healthy!
