Heidi has her hands full these days — literally! The supermodel was spotted heading to a New York City park on Aug. 6 with all of her kids in tow. What fun!
Heidi Klum is now a single mom of four, but she looked calm and collected when she took kids Leni, 8, Henry, 6, Johan, 5, and Lou 2, all to a nearby park after having lunch in New York on Aug. 6.
Heidi made the New York City streets her runway, and she looked confident and chic in a sheer striped blouse and black skirt and black sandals.
Since filing for divorce from Seal in April, Heidi has been a busy single mom, juggling her kids with filming Project Runway.

I sometimes wonder if her daughter has a different father? Shes the only white child out of the group. Also she is gorgeous, I can see her doing magazine spreads when shes of age ( Like Vic Secret, Modeling)
