Why Robert Pattinson Never Suspected Kristen Stewart Was Cheating

Rob was so in love with Kristen that he didn’t even know she was cheating, an expert tells HollywoodLife.com. Read on for more details!

Robert Pattinson was reportedly blindsided by Kristen Stewart‘s affair with Rupert Sanders.

And Dr. Gilda Carle, the 30-Second Therapist on Today.com, tells us he was so caught up in the love of the relationship — that he never even suspected the affair.

“He didn’t see it. He wanted the relationship to work so badly, it colored his perception,” Dr. Gilda Carle tells HollywoodLife.com. “For a lot of men if a woman is there, she’s into it.”

As we previously reported, Rob found out about the affair from his team — not Kristen — providing more proof that the 26-year-old heartthrob was in the dark about her affair.

“Robert actually found out about this via his people sometime on Monday when people at Us Weekly contacted his people to tell them they were going to run the story,” a source close to Rob tells Hollywoodlife.com. “Kristen did not tell him about her cheating. Robert was completely blindsided by the news.”

So sad! If Kristen gave him any clues that she was unhappy, he clearly didn’t pick up on them.

I thought that too ! I mean,I took a good long and close look at the dress Kristen was wearing and then the one that Libby was wearing and thought they looked alike! But the one Kristen is wearing, looks a little darker underneath, or is it a bodyslip that makes it look slightly darker ? Anyway,i noticed that too and thought it was “just me.”

You know the old saying, “Love Is Blind”. It might be true in this case. I think Rob’s an old fashioned type of guy, and everyone wants to believe that the ones they love, love them the same way, that they would never cheat!
It happened to me. I was dating a guy for about a year, (madly in love with him), then he broke down and told me he’d cheated with a co worker. Had he never told me, I would never have found out. He said his conscience was bothering him.. There was a big age difference between us and although I did decide to continue the relationship, it was never the same and we eventually broke up.
I think if Rob and Kristen do get back together, it’s only a matter of time before the end it for good.

on the bar/club thing… weird how no one is able to describe what he was wearing.
usually when i see that he was out somewhere like this people tweet what shirt he had on, his sneakers, what hat he wore, and even what his hair style was like. all the way to if he had a beard, or not.
i really love that the one that talked the most about it admits he wasn’t working that night, but his co workers told him all the info.

—> this is getting more news than the olympics.
this is getting more hate than the guy that killed all those people in colorado.
this is has more rumors/lies than a politician.

everything they do gets twisted around. right now tabloid sites are saying he is heading to australia (to film a movie) saying he is getting away from this issue. australia… kristen is part australian. yeah prefect place to escape this issue. a place that reminds him of his girl. okay?!
kristen was working out at the gym to get ready for her next movie (she said that in past interviews) and tabloids are saying she doing it because she’s so depressed.
no wonder they are laying low right now!!

tiger w. cheated on his wife and kids with a lot of women.
arnold s. cheated on his long time wife with their maid for years, and had a baby with her.
john edwards cheated on his wife while she was battling cancer on a woman that ended up having his baby.
and kristen is the worst cheater?!?! really?!?!

for everyone daydreaming about how he is the prefect dream man. he may not really be.
i am not saying he’s the full reason for why she cheated, but come on. he’s not an angel that a lot of people dream about. he has flaws. we all do.
people think he’s this prefect man that gave her everything. well… maybe not. she felt the need to seek attention from elsewhere.

If you love your partner, you have to accept his flaws, whatever they are, because you have them too…Something you´re seeking that he doesn´t have is not a reason to cheat and humiliate him in front of many people…Rob doesn´t deserve this, no matter how you defend Kristen…A relationship never functions for a long time without honesty and trust…and for being not contented to your partner…

so a tabloid called his people to see if they can run the story?!
what about all the other times that they posted stories such as them having a secret wedding, or one that read she was pregnant? they call to get their permission for those too?!

It’s not see if they can run the story. It was for a reaction. They had photographic proof that Kshrew was cheating so the magazine really didn’t need anything except a reaction.

for us it may seem he did, but there was a reason she cheated.
he may not be as good as we dream, or think he is in real life. he has been placed on a pedestal that we think he’s the prefect fairy tale man. that he can do no wrong.
i am not saying he is to blame for the cheating. i am just saying we don’t really know him. he’s not a prefect saint.

No one is perfect, but that doesn’t give your partner the right to cheat and lie. The reason she cheated is because she did not have the courage to end the relationship in a honest way, she was confused, and she made a huge mistake. But do not blame Rob because Kristen cheated. Not saying he was perfect but when you love someone, you love them. Period.
