The National Enquirer spoke to a close friend of Kim’s who revealed Kim K. and her friends have a loving nickname for her latest workout technique! ‘We jokingly refer to it as the sex diet. When one of us is having regular sex, that tends to burn calories and kill the appetite,” explains the source. “Losing seven pounds in seven days means being a very naughty girl.”
Well, judging from Kim’ s body she’s been a busy girl! The reality star isn’t afraid to show off her killer body, either.
