Usher tweeted a heartfelt message in honor of his late stepson, Kile Glover. Just a week after Kile’s funeral in Atlanta, Usher shared his pain with more than four million Twitter followers.

Usher expressed to his fans the sense of pain and loss he is still feeling from his stepson Kile Glover‘s death. Kile died on July 21 at just 11 years old following a tragic jet ski accident that rendered him brain dead.

Kile was officially laid to rest on July 27, and Usher took to Twitter a week letter to send a message to his late stepson.

“I miss you too. Silent is golden moments like that are worth a million expressions,” Usher wrote.

“Not sayin much cuz I’m tryin’ not be #misunderstood. URIV,” he continued.

It seems Usher is sharing his pain with fans as part of the healing process.
