Twihards let Nikki have it on Twitter after assuming she’d dissed Kristen, but Nikki is setting the record straight! Read on for the details.
The cast of the Twilight films has remained silent on the topic of Kristen Stewart‘s affair, reportedly having been ordered to do so, so when Nikki Reed tweeted “To be trusted is a greater compliment than to be loved” many fans assumed it was aimed at Kristen and they were not happy. But Nikki quickly denied that the tweet was meant as a diss.
On August 1, Nikki took the tweet down and replaced it with another that read, “Just took down my last retweet as I’m noticing that some of you are attempting to twist the most innocent message into whatever meaning you wanted it to have. Twi fans, please stop. It’s such a waste of your time. I love all of you, regardless of how you choose to interpret and spin things. Thank you for your passion.”
Looks like it was maybe just a case of bad timing on Nikki’s part!
Do you think Nikki’s original tweet was aimed at Kristen, HollywoodLifers?
