Kristen’s BFF Scout Taylor Compton took it to Twitter to speak out about the affair! Read on to find out what she said!
Kristen Stewart‘s friends are standing by her side after news broke that she cheated on Robert Pattinson with SWATH director Rupert Sanders.
“Please understand i support, care, and love my friends like you all do with yours, but also understand privacy should always be respected<3,” Scout tweeted on July 28 — just a few days after the news of the affair broke.
And on August 2, Scout tweeted, “It’s a pain and hurt that will never be erased.”
Hmm! Scout and Kristen, 22, starred in The Runaways together. K-Stew even brought Rob to Scout’s Dirty Dancing-themed birthday party on Feb. 19!
We’re sure Scout has been in touch with the devastated Kristen and we’re definitely happy to hear that she’s being a good friend during this difficult time.

I think she made a mistake. She’s not out partying~she’s in a bad depression state. Showing she really loves Rob. And that she is really sorry.I hope they sit w/a counselor and work this out. If you’re married and you have problems~if you love each other you work it out. Rob and Kristen’s relationship might not have been 100% happy. But at least she knew she messed up~fessed up and really wants to fix it. I guarentee she won’t do it again. But they should have rules to help build the trust. Spend more “personable time together. He can check her cell anytime. Alawys come to be w/her and support her. Aand same w/her. If two people are hurting so bad~it shows they still have love. Work hard to repair,save and build that love. Make it stronger and worth holding on to. Instant chemistry and love doesn’t come that often. Forgive build move on.

I so agree…Most times love can be built up again, and its even made to be a better and stronger,kind of love than before. Trust can be built as well,again and made to be even stronger than ever before, for they have learned what its like to be without each other. They do have a true love and even with her foolish mistake. No one is perfect and we do learn from mistakes.I so hope they get back together and if they truly love each other, it won’t matter what anybody says. Be true to yourself and follow your heart.

At this stage of the game, sure, R-Patz should forgive KStew but not to get together like nothing happened. What KStew did was inject poison in the mind of not only R-Patz but to each and every one of us who’s been so fond of them. It’s SO EXCRUCIATING! Sanders took everything that R-Patz should have had with KStew and she made it looked like (with her approval) she gave in or submitted herself to Sanders just like that, and then after all the cheating (she) tries to prove she loves R-Patz by sending him letters???? R-Patz should just consider KStew a friend to facify and to support. They were not married anyways–GOOD THING!! …. Working things out between them can only happen if they were married. Love and heart do not apply anymore in this kind of scenario. A person can only have one heart, and if you think you have two hearts (one for R-Patz? and one for Sanders?), then, something is not right.

I guess I would definately be there for my friend , but also be brutally honest about the situation she’s put herself in, this shows that she is not in love wit Mr.pattinson which is the absloute truth, she needs to take some time off and think about what she wants for HERSELF and give her support in what she needs .

Please leave them alone! If the love each other, they will work through this. I will continue to support their movies however this mess turns out.
Kristen and rob hopefully u work everything out….and news reporter people get a real job !!!!!!! Stop bugging them and get a life !!!!!! Just let them work things out ok !!!!! I would be annoyed if u people kept bugging me if it would be in a couple crisis !!!!!! So have a happy and safe life. :)

Get real, Rob is not out, having a “great” time. Going out to a bar is “one way” a guy deals with his problems. It’s acceptable. I am sure his friends are making sure he is not alone most of the time.
Rob will talk with Kristen when he is ready. He is a great guy who has had a serious blow, losing the love of his life and his biggest supporter in front of the whole world.

I think it’s really mean to do but if that’s what Rob’s wants then I guess that’s what it will be. All this stuff has to stop, so much pain and hurt just dragging on and on it’s so painful for them and the fans. He’s out at a bar having a great time, she’s at this director house crying her eye’s out, what happened to the love you both had, Rob is listening to his friends and she’s got what?? who is listening to her Rob, yeah I think this is so sad that you both aren’t talking and working this out, but now we all have to pick who’s side were on. My side is on the side of love and forgiveness.

Well said. I’m disappointed how Rob handled this. I thought I knew him better. He should have showed the world that her forgave her and not acted like every other man on this planet. He put on a good front all these years professing his unconditional love for her. I guess asking her to leave the house they shared and cutting off communication is a great way to show that undying love. I had the same thing happen to me and I can at least say I worked on immediately resolving this problem. We took it one day at a time and here I am 8 yrs later and never been so happy because true love conquers all.

We All make Mistakes! I really like these 2 together! We Don’t know what happend, for we were NOT there! We are NOT suppose to Judge. It’s difficult for Both of them. When you are in the public’s eye @ All time & they Are waiting for you to make a mistake, they Jump ALL over it! That is very sad. Also, sometimes when things are going so well & everybody thinks you are the “Perfect” couple, you do things to show that there is No such thing as “Perfect.” They DESTROY people’s lives just for the “perfect” picture or story! Even though ot Could DESTROY people’s lives! No the pappo did Not make her cheat but, they Don’t make it Easy for them to live either. I know all the Stewart haters Are jumping All over this! Why is it that u Hate this girl? Because of a character she plays? Come on! I’m Praying these 2 Find their way Back to each other after the hurt goes away a bit. They are young. Real and true friends are with us thru good and bad times in the case of Kristen she’s very lucky to have Scout in this ordeal. While some may have abandoned her even condemning and judging just like the rest of the world. Kristen needs a lot of support, she owned her mistakes, she’s already on her knees what must people ask from her still? Give her a break, she’s only human born to make mistakes and she deserves a chance another shot in life just like the rest of us. Stop the hate and condemnation let’s propagate and nurture love, the world will be much more lively and colorful if love abounds!

I guess scout would understand–Andy Biersack broke up with her (scout) after she cheated on him (Andy). But she is being there for a friend, so I will give her that. I hate twilight, and anything to do with twilight, but Robert should take Kristen back.
