Nina remains classy while squashing ridiculous feud rumors. She says her comments were ‘light hearted.’

When asked about engagement during a recent interview with Canada’s Fashion magazine, Nina Dobrev assured the interviewer she would never “pull a Miley,” a comment which some people took as a subtle jab to Miley Cyrus. But The Vampire Diaries star is now clearing the air — or, rather, tweeting the air — to make sure there are no hard feelings.

“Note to self, light hearted comments don’t always translate in magazine articles,” Nina tweeted Aug. 1. “Big fan of @Mileycyrus – do you need a flower girl? :)”

I’m glad Nina acted quickly to squash rumors of a feud between herself and Miley, though I’d like to think her fans knew she wasn’t being mean. The girl doesn’t have a mean bone in her body.

Whether you’re a fan of Miley or not. Nina did take a jab at Miley. Now she’s back peddling. Don’t be an idiot Nina. You said it so own it, don’t be a whimp. Problem with Nina is, she is acting like her sh-t don’t stink. She acts snobby around some fans.

how do you know she acts snobby? I’ve heard things like that too but i dont believe them because she looks really nice and until i meet her i wont believe those rumors.

Oh please. Nina and Miley are both amazing women. If I were Miley I wouldn’t have taken that as a jab. Honestly, it’s not like she dissed her career or her personality. Nina didn’t mean it in a negative way. She was simply stating she would not want to be engaged at this stage in her life, like Miley is. Each has their own right to do whatever they want. Nina is a darling. No need to hate.

She did not say it negatively. If you’re not going to say anything positive, best avoided comment.
