Rob will always look over his shoulder in future relationships because Kristen Stewart cheated. Read on and I’ll tell you why!
Robert Pattinson is damaged goods. The sexy and incredibly smart 26-year-old actor, who was the epitome of a perfect boyfriend, will always distrust his future girlfriends. Why? Because Kristen Stewart was his best friend, they rose to fame together, lived together and told each other everything. If the person closest to you can betray you, how can you ever trust again? It’ll be very hard.
The cheating scandal heard round the world devastated girls who looked up to Robsten as the ideal Hollywood relationship. They embodied what all women thought they wanted: a loyal and loving boyfriend, who would have done anything for his girlfriend. If Kristen can cheat on Rob, let me tell you: anything is possible.
There is no perfect relationship and people do make mistakes. But this will not only hurt Rob and Kristen if they choose to get back together, it will hurt all of his future relationships. If Kristen can live in his house, sleep in his bed, and cheat on him with her director Rupert Sanders, he’ll always have a hard time trusting his next girlfriend.
Keep in mind, Kristen hooked up with Rupert and then went home to the house she shared with Rob. If someone can look you in the eye after doing that and pretend nothing is wrong, that will certainly cause a person to be distrusting. Rob is not a stupid guy, this doesn’t mean that every girl cheats. But if someone you bare your soul to, you share a dog with and live with can disregard your feelings like this, it does not bode well for Rob’s future relationships.
Any girl who is lucky enough to date Rob will have to pay for the mistakes Kristen made. Kristen was reportedly being very possessive of her phone in recent weeks. The once laid-back Rob will most likely always feel weird about “the phone.” He’ll want to check emails, texts and phone calls. I’m not saying Rob will turn into a psycho boyfriend, but he won’t be as trusting!
Also, he’ll now assume that every guy that even looks twice at his significant other wants to sleep with her. Rob will be less likely to move in as fast with a girl and he will probably be less likely to commit. Rob has always said he didn’t understand cheating, and to be honest, I don’t think Rob ever would cheat.
The happy-go-lucky guy will also not tolerate the games Kristen played. For years, Kristen didn’t want the world to know she was dating Rob, she wouldn’t allow PDA and she wouldn’t admit they were dating. Rob reportedly had no problem being open about the relationship, but he hid it for Kristen.
It really sucks for the next girl because Rob will always over-analyze everything. This next girl better be strong because she’s going to have to prove herself as trustworthy for no reason other than Kristen’s inability to stay faithful. But I guarantee, as soon as Rob sees that there’s someone out there that won’t hurt him like Kristen, he’ll fall in love again.
