Robert Pattinson Has Not Canceled Any ‘Cosmopolis’ Appearances — New Report

Earlier reports indicated that Rob had canceled a press appearance for ‘Cosmopolis,’ but his rep is out to set the record straight! Read on for the details.

Robert Pattinson has taken Kristen Stewart‘s cheating quite hard, which is entirely understandable. But, contrary to earlier reports, he’s not canceling any scheduled press appearances for his new film, Cosmopolis!

According to a report from Entertainment Tonight, Rob, 26, had supposedly canceled a U.S. press junket for Cosmopolis that was scheduled for August 11. However, E! News reports that this is untrue, with the following statement from the actor’s rep: “Cosmopolis is a film that Robert is very proud of and looks forward to supporting. No confirmed engagements have been canceled. Any reports to the contrary are inaccurate.”

We’re glad the reports were proven to be false!

FINALLY, ONE STORY TO BE PROVEN FALSE!!!!!!
I HOPE THAT MORE OF THESE TRASH STRORIES THAT ARE NOT IN ROB’S OR KRISTEN’S OWN PERSONAL WORDS HAVE TO BE COME OUT AS FALSE TOO; THESE STORIES ARE JUST MAKING IT ALL SO MUCH HARDER FOR EVERYONE INVOLVED (ESPECIALLY ROB AND KRISTEN).
THEY SAID ” THEY WON’T MAKE ANY “PERSONAL STATEMENTS” UNTIL THEY HAVE HAD A CHANCE TO FIGURE IT ALL OUT FOR THEMSELVES JUST HOW MUCH THEY WILL BE ABLE TO TOLERATER AND FORGIVE; THAT IS THE SMARTEST MOVE!
PERSONALLY I HOPE VERY MUCH THEY GET BACK TOGETHER, IT WOULD BE A CRYING SHAME TO THROW AWAY THAT MUCH LOVE. SADLY THEY NEED TO DO WHATEVER IS BEST FOR THEMSELVES.

I love Robert. Не has unique talent. He is the actor of old school. I saw Cosmopolis in the original many times. Eric is his tremendous work, but very, very difficult film.
At last, he is a unique personality.
Robert, you has a lot of the Russian fans, dear!

This would have been really sad if it was true. The depth of destruction this selfist heartless immature girl’s actions caused:

Relationships: Obviously with Rob, the old perv dir wife/kids, fanbase, and her co-workers who have to deal with the awkwardness of promoting twilight, etc

Movies: BD2 box office, future SWATH movies, SWATH DVD sales, and possibly even Rob’s movie Cosmopolis (which I am sure he is really proud of and possibly his breakaway moment from Twilight). Even if he didn’t cancel, poor Rob can’t even enjoy the moment of promoting is new movie. This is so f’ed up.

And the list goes on……..

Again Hollywwod Life has printed a false misleading story. Do you people ever check your facts?Almost every story you write about these two people is either misleading or made up. If you’re all so worried about Rob stop with the lies. I’m sure they don’t read this crap but their fans do. Many of the other gossip sites have moved the story from their front page, but not you. Trying to stir up the pot and at the cost of someone your suppose to be worried about. As for Kristen’s career being destroyed, dream on.

its easy for me to say cause I am not in the situation…But look at what you worked so hard on, a project that you believe in and by all looks of it in your interviews was super excited over. Yes! Kristen is free of both of these douchebags, Robert and Rupert. They both took advantage of her immaturity and kind heart. They are both older than her and used her and ditched her. Now don’t worry, because Robert is his own worst enemy. He portrays himself as alittle innocent lamb around his parents, London friends and in interviews. Whereas, in reality he is the polar opposite. He is a sexual addict, hard partier and cocaine addict. He is a bottom feeder, that’s why he picks up skanks and one night stands. He thinks that he is being clever and vengeful with Kristen, but he will be the loser in no time. Just wait and see. He lost the best cover/beard that he will ever have. Kristen gave and gave and never received any quality time or affection from this creep. No wonder she strayed. She will survive, bounce back and strive. I only see happiness for Kristen after the BD2 promos. She just has to make it through that mes, and the producers will probably drop her from it all together anyway because of the death threats from Robsessed hags. She lost a lousy unloving boyfriend but will someday meet a good man who truly loves and adores her. Rob will only destroy himself.

The rumor about Robert being a coke head is believeable due to statements made by Katy Perry, an alleged coke head herself, who said she has known Rob for a long time. Birds of a feather flock together, allegedly…..The beard rumor is believeable as well and it explains why Kstew became involved with a real man.

He needs to find a way to move on. She cheated for a reason. Someone who is deeply in love does not cheat and if they do, there was something that they were still looking for or afraid of committing to in the relationship. She’s not ready for a mature relationship and its just going to fail if they stay together. Been there,done that, didn’t work. Also see it happen to other relationships and same results. Good luck to them if they do decide to work it out but he deserves someone who loves him enough to not cheat.

Cosmopolis has nothing to do with Kristen. He should have kept his commitments for this movie. I’m sure his publicist could have told people no questions about the scandal.

I this Rob and Kristen should get back together! So what she messed up once really really bad and no there no excuses for it none once so ever but if they both love each other they way they say they do then i think everyone deserves a second chance. sense you make a mistake once its a mistake you do it again and its a choose. it was a huge mistake that they both have to life with forever but they could work it out!
