The British boy bands are both up for Best New Artist at the 2012 MTV Video Music Awards! Which fivesome gets your vote?

The list of 2012 MTV VMA nominees boasts the biggest names in music, but two particular names are grabbing our attention today: One Direction and The Wanted! There’s no denying that both groups have made indelible marks in the industry already — we’ve had their songs stuck in our heads all summer! — but only one will be named Best New Artist when the awards ceremony goes down Sept. 6 on MTV.

So tell us: Which group gets your vote?
