Kristen Stewart's Apology To Robert Pattinson Shows How Much She 'Regrets' Her Affair

Kristen’s heartfelt apology on July 25 in which she says twice that she ‘loves’ Rob, is an indication that she’s doing everything she can to convince Rob that it was a stupid mistake! What do YOU think?

Kristen Stewart betrayed Robert Pattinson by cheating on him with her SWATH director Rupert Sanders. Kristen’s apology was very emotional and now top experts tell HollywoodLife.com what her apology really means.

“That she knows she screwed up,” relationship expert and radio host Cooper Lawrence tells us. “She’s never even admitted in public that they were a couple even though they had been living together, so her being so public with her feelings is quite unusual and speaks volumes in terms of how much she regrets her decision to have an affair.”

K-Stew, 22, released a public statement on July 25 to PEOPLE saying that she regrets the incident:

“I’m deeply sorry for the hurt and embarrassment I’ve caused to those close to me and everyone this has affected. This momentary indiscretion has jeopardized the most important thing in my life, the person I love and respect the most, Rob. I love him, I love him, I’m so sorry.”

Dr. Carole Lieberman, a psychiatrist and author tells HollywoodLife.com that Kristen’s almost ‘childlike’ apology shows that she really feels terrible about her tryst.

“It means she ‘really, really’ wants him to believe her!” she tells us. “Although I’m not sure she really knows what she wants at this point.
Kristen is very traumatized by the public revelation of her sexual exploits so she has regressed into a childlike state. She sounds like a grade school little girl writing a valentine to her daddy. But, it is understandable and it doesn’t do more damage. In a way, it’s sweet.
She’s like a dee caught in headlights, wishing she could do a ‘do over.’”

Dr. Gilda Carle, the 30 Second therapist on TODAY, tells us that Kristen had no choice but to make her apology very public.

“Talk is cheap. So had no choice but to make her apology public because she played out her tryst in public.”

After looking at all the post and blogs about and surrounding this scandal. It is as plain as day that the whole relationship is a complete scandal. The both of them have up coming movies scheduled to be released in the near future. It is a shame to say it but its 2012, stunts like this are pulled all of the time to pump the actors/actresses ratings.
Why does the media post this situation like an unemotional 4yrs they say in some 3 in others relationship by putting an apology out for Rob, so the whole world can see?
Who does that? makes you think doesn’t it?

This public statement wasn’t made/written by kristen, a pr team was working on it for several days to save the golden girl’s career. This statement was an ORDER for her.

She doesn’t regret anything, she wanted to be caught with his director. I think she doesn’t feel bad either. She wanted the breakup. But her boss’ ordered her to make that statement.

agree all those interviews where she says her life is so boring when she has millions of dollars and a hot boyfriend says she’s probably been sick of the robsten and Twilight thing a long time. She was clearly looking for a quick and easy way out making sure this was all in broad daylight and the pics were clear and undebatable.

Ahhhhhhhh! Now her “handlers” (public relations hounds) are trying to change the story. Remember, they earn their living handling her career and if she suddenly is no longer in demand? Guess what! Regret it or not, consequences have actions. she has to learn that she can’t hurt people (Rob, Liberty and the two kids) and expect to be forgiven. If she wanted to change her image, she sure found a way to do so. Now she is a slut. I thought she was way above this, but now I put her in the same catagory as the Kardashians. If she did this on purpose, then that makes her evil. The producer of her next film is going to worry if she is going to flirt or sleep with his director. Negitive publicity is not alway good publicity. She is not a little kid to go around hurting people.

She ended her career, she still has fans defending it because they think the pictures are fake and she and Rob are doing well. When they see that the photos are real and that Rob is no longer with her, she lost the few remaining fans. She deserves it. This statement is as cold as her, she does not love Rob, he is not important to her, if it were it would not have done that to him. It is a bad person, she was wearing the hat of Rob and his pants. agree the way she always constantly looked depressed, complained and said she was bored with life. you don’t see other happy celeb couples doing that for that very reason. They’re happy.
