The former club promoter gave birth to a baby girl in May, and has recently tweeted some cute photos!
A couple months after giving birth to daughter Wyatt Lilly Hahn, Rachel Uchitel took to Twitter to show off her beautiful baby girl!
Although her famous fling with Tiger Woods put her on the map, the former Celebrity Rehab star has since settled down with businessman Matt Hahn. The two married in October, and welcomed their first daughter together in May.
So adorable!
