After getting caught cheating on Rob, a new report reveals that Kristen is very angry with herself. Read on for details.
Kristen Stewart issued a public apology on July 25 for having cheated on Robert Pattinson with her former director Rupert Sanders, and it appears that behind closed doors, she is truly devastated, according to a new report.
A source close to both Kristen, 22, and Rob, 26, reveals to Us Weekly that the Twilight actress is “devastated.” “She’s very angry at herself. She’s really not blaming anyone but herself,” the source tells the magazine.
This stems from the July 24 revelation that Kristen had an illicit encounter with Rupert, 41, who directed the actress in Snow White and the Huntsman. Rupert has been married to model-actress Liberty Ross, 33, for seven years. The couple have two children, ages seven and five, together.
What do you think, HollywoodLifers? Are you glad to hear that Kristen is upset with herself?

Kristen made a big mistake but it doesn’t mean everyone else is better than her. A lot of people say it is not an excuse that she’s human and made that mistake. But she’s human and make mistake! It wasn’t a mistake for her to make a very public apology. I don’t think she made that public apology to save her place in Hollywood but an act of recognizing her wrongdoing and owning her hurtful actions. Her public apology to Rob shows that she was willing to sacrifice her career. She is full of guilt in her statement and hurting too but also her seeking for forgiveness shows humility in her part.
Although guilt is not seen as a very positive emotion, her repentance over her actions can be seen as a very important factor to improve her ways of thinking and behaving. The positive and transforming aspect of guilt is that we can admit our mistakes, ponder over them, and motivate ourselves to never repeat those actions under any circumstances.
I really believe she was sincere in her public apology. Kristen knows that a lot of girls/women looked up to her as a role model and she knows she betrayed them. Her sincerity in recognizing and owning her misgivings makes powerful her repentance and she will work hard to gaining the trust and respect of those close to her especially Rob.
Kristen there are some of us who believe that you can overcome all that has happened as a result of your bad judgment. Because like you, we are humans and made mistakes in our lives but did everything to become better persons in the end.
Keep strong Kristen. We’re praying for you, Rob, and your families. Peace.
