The actress took a break from all the divorce drama and jetted home with her daughter to visit her family!
On July 21, Katie Holmes, 33, and daughter Suri flew commercially to Detroit Metropolitan Wayne County Airport, which is an hour from Katie’s hometown of Toledo, Ohio.
While visiting her grandparents, Suri, 6, had a great time including shopping at the mall and swimming at a local country club!
After enjoying a nice trip with her family, Katie and Suri returned home to NYC on July 24.
Meanwhile, Suri’s dad flew back to London July 23 after a visit to the Big Apple to see his daughter.
