Liberty Ross, Rupert’s wife, feels completely stabbed in the back by Kristen, since she treated her like family on the set of ‘SWATH’, HollywoodLife.com has learned exclusively.
Amidst reports of Kristen Stewart‘s affair with Snow White and the Huntsman director Rupert Sanders, her costar Liberty Ross‘ husband, a video from the film’s London premiere in May was uncovered showing Liberty speaking highly of Kristen and her role as Snow White. Clearly once a huge supporter of Kristen’s, a friend of Liberty’s tells HollywoodLife.com exclusively why she is especially hurt by the Twilight actress’ actions.
“[Kristen] was my number one choice,” Liberty told Celebuzz in the uncovered video, “I think there is no better Snow White in my opinion. She is great.”
Liberty, who plays Kristen’s mom in the film, may have had a different choice of words had she known Kristen, who has been dating Robert Pattinson for three years, would proceed to have an affair with her husband, with whom she has two young children.
“Liberty feels completely betrayed not only by her husband, but by Kristen Stewart,” a friend of Liberty’s told HollywoodLife.com exclusively. “While filming, Liberty took Kristen under her wings and treated her like her own daughter. Liberty made Kristen feel like she was part of the family.”
In the uncovered video, filmed months before reports of Kristen and Rupert’s affair, Liberty proceeds to praise the actress, “She’s got something very transfixing about her. We needed a modern, edgy, cool girl.”
Edgy, she sure is! It’s clear that Liberty once thought very highly of Kirsten, making their friendship another casualty of the affair. So how is Liberty handling this blow to her marriage to Rupert and friendship to Kristen? “Liberty is an incredibly sweet, generous person and a dedicated, loving mom and wife. She is devastated, but staying strong for her kids,” says our source.
