Kristen Stewart‘s affair with Rupert Sanders has taken a toll on her relationship with Robert Pattinson, and now she’s apologizing to the love of her life!

K-Stew, 22, released a public statement on July 25 to PEOPLE saying that she regrets the incident.

“I’m deeply sorry for the hurt and embarrassment I’ve caused to those close to me and everyone this has affected,” she said. “This momentary indiscretion has jeopardized the most important thing in my life, the person I love and respect the most, Rob. I love him, I love him, I’m so sorry.”

Omg, GET OVER THIS COUPLE ALREADY! We KNEW she was going to do this. She cheated on her boyfriend of 5 years with Robert. What the hell made anyone think she wasn’t going to ho it up with somebody else once she was with him? Obviously she has no respect for herself or anyone else around her, and she can’t act worth a damn. I have no idea why she’s in the spotlight all the time. Hollywood just needs to get rid of her already.

Too many people are wrapped up with the idea of Bella and Edward, and they don’t want that ruined. To everyone who is suggesting they stay together, just think if it was you. I’m not saying to put yourself in Kristen’s shoes. Take away all the glitz and Hollywood glamor. If your boyfriend/girlfriend cheated on you, would you stay with them? Would you forgive them? As someone who has been cheated on before, I can honestly say that I wouldn’t. There is no trust; there is only animosity and confusion. Not a great basis for a relationship.

What if it was Rob who was caught cheating? Would the fans easily forgive him because he’s just like any man who can stray and make mistakes? Are we really sure that Rob has no skeletons in his closet? There were always stories about him hanging out with other women with his pals when he’s out with them in bars and clubs, or going for drinks or dinner with female co-stars or crew members. He even said he wanted to go into acting so he could meet girls and date them. He is just lucky to not have been caught by the paparazzi or else it would have been him in the front pages.

Well, as i have read just a few minutes ago, Rob said in his intimate interview with Italy’s Vanity Fair. “There’s a thing I’ve never got, that is, why do people cheat?” he said in an interview in the April 2012 issue.” So i guess, he’s not that kind of man. Don’t worry, i am not bias, not a fan of him. But taking his side, coz i know he’s right this time.

um…doesn’t everyone remember how she and rob got together in the first place? She was still dating someone else, when they first got together! She does this repeatedly, (as she did with her bf before rob) goes steady with them for a while, gets bored, cheats and leaves them.

Ok Kristen was not dating rob when she was dating Michael Angarano, she was just friend with rob and at that time rob was with nikki reed and as for Kristen she dated 2 guys dated:Michael age 13-17 broke up rob age 18-22. She has not had alot of guy does that give an excuse for cheating no she’s young and had a poor lapse in judgment for you guys saying once a cheater always a cheater is load of crape most celebrity denies the allegations or ignore them Wich she didn’t she put her career on the line by doing that she must really want to fix things.

Don’t believe everything you hear!! I have always been a huge fan of this couple and hoping they will make it through all this stupid drama.. I love them and hope the best for them both. It’s still hard for me to find this article believable, honestly she doesnt seem like this type of girl, she is very loyal to her fans. I don’t believe she would do this, cause when you see Rob and Kristen together they seeem so happy together and love eachother to pieces. They bring the best out in both of eachother. Sinceramente nunca espere esto de ella. Siempre era muuy reservada, y salir asi, a los besos, con un hombre casado y con hijos en el medio de Los Angeles. Querida, mas discresion! I hope they can figure it out. Don’t et me wrong im highly disappointedin kristen. But at the end of t the day it is there relationship. Not ours. no she’s not honest with him, cauz she’s beaing cheating a month she’s just sad cauz she was chaught, the picture were taken 17 july and she come to the teen choice award week after (22 july) with rob and looked vary happy with him like it’s nothing going, and when usWeekly break the news she make a STATEMENT, so it’s very obvious that she didn’t want rob to know she’s just sad that she was caught and that make look worse tha Kim kardashian at leat kim is telling everyone that she’s a bich and she don’t act a pure like kris did (sorry for my bad english)

the only reason people are shocked is because a lot of young girls idolize Kristen and now they are finding out she’s human like the rest of us, yes there is absolutely no excusing what she did, but at the same time if it were the other way around and rob was the one caught cheating, i doubt everyone would be so unforgiving

A real apology? PLEASE!!! She is only making a statement because she got CAUGHT. Both rupert and kristen were wrong….and they only made comments b/c they got caught.They had to start kissing a ss to make themselves look good.
