While James Holmes was sitting in court, one of his victims was lawyering up to file a lawsuit. Torrence Brown Jr., feels like the Century 16 Theater is also to blame in the tragic incident.
One of Torrence’s best friends, A.J. Boik, was shot in the chest and died. But now Torrence says he faced extreme trauma.
While in court on July 22, James appeared to be falling asleep and he still had his pink hair, which he dyed for the shooting spree to look like the Joker.
