Emma Watson To Star In ’50 Shades Of Grey?’

Emma Watson is reportedly the front-runner to play Anastasia Steele in Fifty Shades of Grey!

The NY Daily News reports that Emma, who is famous for playing Harry Potter’s love interest, Hermione, is “in talks” to play Ana. Other A-listers who have been rumored to play the role are Elizabeth Olsen, Nina Dobrev and Kristen Stewart.

This would definitely be a different role for Emma — who will be forced to get in touch with her inner goddess.

Emma may end up stripping down with some of the hottest men in Hollywood: Channing Tatum, Ian Somerhalder and Ryan Gosling have all been rumored to play the sexy billionaire, Christian Grey.

No doubt Emma is definitely a beautiful girl, but I must admit I’d rather see Kristen Stewart play the role!

How about Emily Browning from Sucker Punch. She is normally a brunette. Big pouty lips. Blue eyes. Innocent looking but can be sexy too. For Christain how about Matt Boomer or Alex Pettyfer. Both were in In-Time and Majic Mike. Both have a that hot squared jawline and chisselled abs and look sofisticated but sexy in a suit and facial scruff. Matt Boomer especially has those peircing but lost in the distant eyes of Christains’. Ian Somerhalder looks good but his eyes naturally twitch funny and sometimes cross. It is very distracting in his current role and would be for this film.

As Emma Watson once tweeted, fact checking takes 5 minutes. The Producers flat out said NO ONE has even been approached yet and Emma’s Rep shot down these rumors. How sad is it that fans know more than you, but you get paid for this dribble?

Obviously whoever wrote this article does not know how to check facts. Emma Watson was not Harry Potter’s love interest in the Harry Potter films, she was Ron Weasley’s love interest. Furthermore, whoever thinks Kristen Stewart is a good actress is a moron. Compared to Emma Watson, she is not even a crack on a sidewalk. True, Emma is way too good for this kind of role, but Kristen Stewart would ruin it, just like she ruined the Twilight films.

Disagreed. Where in the books does it even hint at them getting together? JKR was setting up Ron and Hermione from book 2 at the earliest. If you thought after Half Blood Prince that Harry should have been with Hermione you weren’t paying attention. I do admit Rowling should have foreshadowed the Harry Ginny relationship earlier than Book 5 where it’s very very subtle.

Well considering 50 Shades of Grey is practically twilight fanfiction then Rob and Kristen should do it. I don’t even want it to be made into a film.
I really really hope Emma doesn’t do it, she would never degrade herself like that. She would never strip off in a film and I’d be really disappointed if she did.
And again, as has already been pointed out, Hermione was not the love interest of Harry Potter but that’s besides the point of this post.
