'Bachelorette' Emily Maynard Still Keeping Guard Up With Jef Holm

Emily Maynard and Jef Holm are beginning the rest of their lives together.

The two were spotted out in NYC on July 23 holding hands and looking happy, but a body language expert tells HollywoodLife.com their body language speaks differently about their relationship.

“He’s holding her hand, but she’s leaning away from him. This isn’t a good sign,” body language expert Lillian Glass tells HollywoodLife.com. “She has some reservation. She’s not jumping into this at all. It’s a bad sign that she’s not gravitated towards him.”

And another expert agrees.

“When Jef kisses her hand, Emily is happy about the kiss, but what makes her cross her arm over her chest? Jef is taking her arm into his space to kiss her hand and it looks like Emily instinctively moves into a defensive position. Is this the beginning of compromises or perhaps a better word is moving closer to Jef for Emily?,” body language expert, Linda Talley, tells us.

Oh no! With that being said, Lillian did point out one sign of hope.

“When she’s walking, he’s kissing her hand,” Lillian tells us that does means he really feels for her.

We just hope Em feels the same way. We’re definitely rooting for them!

This article is freakin ridiculous. Emily and Jef appear to be happy and in love. It can happen quickly and people who fall in love meet in all kinds of places. I am pulling for them to be happy!

This is so stupid!!

The only thing coming between these two is Emily’s gigantic purse. From everything that I have seen these two seem like the most excited, most genuine, most in Love Bachelor couple that I can remember. Congratulations!!

Anything to start a story. This seems like one of the happiest couples I’ve seen in a long time.

This is soooo stupid, next your going to think that jef is holding hands with the security person on his other side, who is his secret lover!!! Is it impossible for two people to just be happy!!!??

This is so ridiculous. They are just awk in front of public and 1 pic doesn’t determine anything. When she was watching their engagement, she was all over him and he was the one that was stiff and away from her. They are just not overly affectionate in public and that’s fine as long as they do what it takes in private to make it last.
