Usher’s stepson Kile Glover was put to rest this morning, July 21, after suffering injuries in a jet ski accident that occurred earlier this month — so sad. A source tells HollywoodLife.com exclusively that Usher and ex-wife Tameka Foster are sad, but relieved Kile is in a better place. Read on for all the details.
Usher and his ex-wife Tameka Foster sadly laid her 11-year-old son Kile Glover to rest this morning.
As tragic as the news of a child passing is, Usher and Tameka are said to be leaning heavily on their faith at this time and know that Kile is in a better place.
A source tells HollywoodLife.com exclusively that “the family is devastated but yet relieved because they know he is in a better place and they are really focusing on faith right now to get through it all. It was ultimately his mother’s decison after speaking with doctors and going through a lot of praying.”
Kile was injured on July 7 while riding in an inner tube on the back of a pontoon. A family friend reportedly, riding behind on a jet ski, lost control and struck Kile — leaving him brain dead. Kile remained on life support for two weeks before being unplugged this morning.
We are keeping Usher and his family in our thoughts at this time. Celebrities such as Justin Bieber have been pouring out their support to Usher and Tameka as well.
