Miley Cyrus and Justin Bieber both express themselves through their music — and tattoos!
Justin’s latest ink is a Japanese Kanji symbol which means “music” on his right arm.
And Miley’s new tattoo on her left arm says, “So that his place shall never be with those cold and timid souls who knew neither victory nor defeat.” It’s an excerpt from a speech that President Roosevelt gave in Paris in 1910.
