Robert Pattinson Calls Himself 'A Geek About Everything'

Known for insulting himself, Rob revealed his latest insecurity at Comic-Con last weekend. Has he still not gotten the memo that he’s one of Hollywood’s biggest heartthrobs?

Even surrounded by geeks at Comic-Con, Robert Pattinson still finds ways to be hard on himself. So what did the bashful actor put himself down for this time?
“I’m kind of a geek about everything,” Rob told Yahoo!, “About movies, basically. I love telling people the entire plot line of movies when I’m explaining it to them and then no one ever wants to hear it.”

The 26-year-old Twilight star has talked openly about his lack of confidence, but if the notoriously shy actor thinks putting himself down may move some of the spotlight off of him- think again! We can’t help but find his self-deprecating tendencies adorable!

I want Rob in MORE movies! What is wrong with the powers that be who decide who gets what in the movie biz?
The big time directors should be lined up waiting on him to say yes.
ps: STOP MAKING COMIC BOOK MOVIES… I pray for the day when you run out of Marvel characters.

I love Rob for keeping it real and not buying into all the hype. He’s human, and we all have insecurities. And he’s been placed on this pedestal, and I think he’s just trying to say he’s the same as we are. I have so much respect for his honesty.

he is saying what he thinks and feel.he is trying to say that he is human not what you guys are trying to make him.you can keep trying to cover up everything he is trying to say because is not what you want to hear,but rob i hope will always be himself——normal human being in his heart .i hope you never push him into the pit he will never crawl out from.

Rob is no geek. I don’t understand why he would feel that way. He has to much going for him to even think that.I think he is a shy and adorable guy. I have seen a lot of his older movies and some of his modeling when he was younger. He is no geek.
